I got a torta de asada: comes with onion, avocado, and some cilantro. I added the grilled onions and put some of the green salsa on and it was 10/10. I ordered tacos al pastor (marinated pork) and these were tasty but definitely add toppings as the meat itself doesn't hold too much flavor.

The only negative I have is that as a small business, they run out of certain foods so you need to be ready to change your order if you go later in the day and it's a market so the ambiance of eating there is not anything special but I many folks just get it to go. I'm familiar with Mexican American food, a little bit with truly authentic Mexican, and not at all with Salvadoran. Chef Joseph came out from behind the counter and sat at my table explaining the menu to me, the dishes, the flavor profiles. He gave suggestions on what order based on what I told him I liked. I got one of the combo dishes mainly because it offered a variety of proteins and side dishes. I also saw several more items in the menu that I knew I wanted to try on my next visit. The food was delicious! I surprised myself by finishing the whole plate. I was also delighted to find La Cocina De Mary had atole. It's a traditional cold weather drink made with masa harina, milk, and spices. My tia made it when I was a kid, so there's fond memories. This one was better ... and lucky for me tia isn't on Yelp and will never read this. They have soft drinks and a few alcohol drinks that I may try next time.
