They had options from pulled pork with kimchi mayo, Mac n cheese with kimchi, fried chicken with kimchi and wings with a kimchi based sauce (I think?). I tried their brisket sandwich with kimchi on top. I never tried kimchi before so I was taking a gamble. Once I got it, it smelled amazing. The meat was very juicy and tender, you could smell the butter from the bun, and the sauce and kimchi just looked really good. This was our second time trying Smoke N Seoul. It really is a delicious experience. This time around we tried the mango pork belly tacos and the pulled pork tacos. The tacos were very tasty and the meat had a great flavor to it. My only reason for a 4 star and not 5 is I wish there would of been more of the pork on the tacos. We also tried the fried and grilled chicken sandwiches. The chicken was smoked beautifully and was full of flavor. The kimchi was delicious and adds nice texture to the sandwiches. Okay...okay the fact that I love this place is nothing new. However, let me say since partnering with Transport Brewing and finding a permanent home my chakras have aligned, the universe has spoken. We thought the tacos were 3.50 for 3 tacos because of the picture on the menu but it's actually 3.50 per taco which seems very high when the going rate around town is about 1.00 per taco.
