Everything is perfect. The brisket has a brilliant tenderness on a sandwich that two people could share. We did. The flavors were more Korean than BBQ, especially on the fried chicken sandwich, but that's fine, since they do the Korean flavors well. Brisket sandwich was very messy, but it was so good. No, but for the price point and the quantity it's definitely good and I'd go back. I'd probably try something other than brisket. I was surprised to see they did not offer baked beans, but their flavorful potato salad was a stellar substitute. The cole slaw was also first-rate. Two BBQ sauces were available upon request - original and hot. Both were very good and nicely complemented the brisket. I found the service at the window to be friendly, cheerful and efficient with only a two-minute wait for my order. The owners are a couple who operated an award winning food truck in Phoenix for 11 years, so they certainly know what they are doing. They recently moved to the KC area to be near their grandkids.
