But when you add the standard fixins', then it makes for a good-sized sammich. But still, go for more than one patty. The 'Snack Attack' is their featured special, which is a burg & fries for a reasonable price. The double runs you a bit over $11 but it's a great value. The burgers are freshly made, they're seasoned well, and they're done right. But if you're a French fry type, like moi, then these are a don't-miss. Snack Shack on Johnson does their fries skin-on in beef tallow and the crispiness and flavor come barreling right through. Sensational side or even just on their own. One downside: ketchup isn't on the tables, just mustard, so you might need to request extra on the condiment. Yeah, but that hype. The burgers are good, not amazing. The fries, as previously mentioned, are legit fantastic. You're eating good for less than $15 in a throwback spot with a throwback approach, so that's also a win. The knock might be the organization, as it's just one register and the space is small enough that the 'line' is generally just a small crowd. Toss in some nostalgic photos and other yesteryear looks and this place is pretty close to the diner where Marty McFly first met his future dad. That image ought to cover any photo evidence. Parking is easy and pricing is competitive (have you seen fast food prices? Oy veh...) and the vibe matches the look. Definitely worth a stop, but don't tarry about when you have those fries, because they are a must-eat-when-hot experience. Last pro tip: Snack Shack does $1 ice cream cones 3-5 Monday through Friday as a 'happy hour', and yeah, those cones are worthy of being on a happy hour menu.

Like the food critic in "Ratatouille"...my mind races to my sister and I sitting in the back seat of he old, silver Dodge, 100% stoked because we were getting what we though were the best take out burgers in the whole world. Honestly? Great idea. Walk-up window. A few outdoor tables. Super clean bathrooms outside. Bright branding you can spot from the road immediately. The kind of place that knows exactly what it is. Taylor at the window was awesome too. I had absolutely no clue what I wanted and never once felt rushed. They guided me directly into the kind of meal that shortens your lifespan a little but dramatically improves your afternoon. I got the Biggie Smalls combo with a cookies & cream shake, loaded waffle fries with bacon, jalapeños and ranch, extra Smauce on the burgers, and a side of queso because if queso is available and you don't dip everything into it, what are we even doing here? The sliders are exactly what you want them to be. Buttery buns. Thin greasy patties with crispy edges. Cheese melting into every corner. Smauce tastes like that classic burger sauce lane -- mayo, ketchup, mustard, pickle tang -- but sweeter and richer, like if a drive-thru and a county fair had a beautiful unhealthy baby together. And the loaded fries? Completely unserious food. In the best possible way. This place feels engineered in a laboratory specifically to make you crave one more slider even when you know you're full. What else?" Don't know what was funny? When I pulled up to pay I asked him as much when he handed me the shake and he laughed again and didn't answer me. The shake he handed me was wrong, as I later found out. Don't know if he was laughing because the shake machine was broken, or he was making fun of me for changing my order. Either way, could use an attitude adjustment. It's not nice to laugh at customers. This Arby's has been here for a couple of decades and always had mediocre service and food, not a place I go out of the way to go to, and now I won't be going again.
