Strawberry Shake & ShackBurger, Fries and side of shack sauce
    Guy D.

It took us a while to succumb to this place due to no locations nearby. We are happy we decided to give it a try one afternoon on a whim. When you enter, you walk to the left and order through a few terminals and pay there. The dining room is on the other side, along with a Soda machine. So, pro tip, no need to order a large drink! Wish we would have seen that first. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We dined in and it was 4pm, they were 70% full![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food took a bit to come out, but man were those some good crispy charred smash burgers! Admittedly the best I have had lately! We shared an order of fries and there were plenty. The strawberry shake was very good too. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have a couple of TVs which made the wait better.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The only downside is the cost of the food. It is all ala carte, no combos offered. We hope they change that, but we will definitely go try it again.

We came to Shake Shack on a blizzardy Saturday, we were the only ones in the restaurant, staff were very nice. We tried the new K-shack menu with the k-shack burger, k-shack crispy chicken sandwich and regular hot dog. Food had good flavor but the k-shack flavoring/sauce was so strong you couldn't taste burger or chicken sandwich the fries were good, hot dog was not for me. The shakes were really good. Both me and my wife's stomach hurt afterwards.

Shouldn't this be wrapped to go?

Oh no, is right! [[HIGHLIGHT]]There were two people eating food behind the line.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I could've taken a picture, but I didn't wanna get anyone fired. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The floor was dirty with paper products and the women's bathroom was disgusting.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] On top of all that here's my nine dollar burnt hamburger. I didn't think I asked for burnt ends!! I definitely will not be back. I also asked for a carrier order in which they did not wrap my carry out order foil maybe??

The food is always perfect, no notes. This time we tried the Dubai chocolate shake and WOW! It was delicious! For some reason I was under the impression that the shake was chocolate but it was not--the cup has a dark chocolate layer and the inside is a vanilla ice cream!

    Very fresh and delicious

Good burgers with lots of options, yummy shakes although I wish they came in smaller sizes instead of just one large size. I like that they're open late too- even until 10 o'clock PM on a Sunday. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have a nice patio. We sat outside and enjoyed the summer breeze.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Mediocre place. I got hyped up because lots of people like this place. The kiosk ordering was fine for me but the set up was weird walking in. The food runners were approachable. I got the seasonal special, black truffle burger. The flavors were great! The burger was gross. Smash burgers are my jam, but these I had to pick out hard pieces of gristle in ever bite. Ended up just eating the bun and toppings. It was very disappointing. Maybe I should have stuck w just buying a shake, though I'll probably won't go back.

Okay I don't get the Shake Shack hate - personally, I love Shake Shack as an overall fast food brand, and find their food to be leagues above the competition. I will say, you do pay for it, and it is more expensive here than you might find say, McDonalds to be, but the quality is definitely easy to taste in the product. This location in particular is not perfect, but again, it's fast food, so I think it can be hard to hit that bar. My only real quips here are that we've had some orders messed up - think no cheese on cheese fries, or minimal toppings on a burger every now and then. Nothing crazy. I do wish Shake Shack as a business would consider offering a true kids menu, just as it's often a harder sell to get my kiddo to go here over McD, but when I can I literally relish the higher quality of the meal we are enjoying together.

There is nothing wrong with a good smash burger, especially from one of the giant of fast casual burgers tycoons. When it comes to the great debate I can't weigh in because I don't have an In and Out anywhere close to me but, you bet your butt I have Shake Shacks! And I've never had a bad burger experience here...this location isn't the one I frequent however, I found myself starving while shopping around and Shake Shack sounded solid. I knew there was something new on the menu so I instantly was stoked. I can never turn down a fried pickle. These new additions to the menu (for a limited time) were crispy and had a nice seasoned breading on the exterior. They sort of fell apart when biting them so I recommend popping these pickles fully. So, when in doubt don't bite just swallow, just kidding. Anyways...onto the burger I ordered which was the season barbecue burger. These returning burgers for summer (yes there are two) are classic renditions of barbecue flavored burgers, one with pulled pork on top and one just with bacon, sauce and onion straws. Both aren't anything special but, they both taste mighty good I love the Shake Shacks patty, it's thin and flavorful without being too greasy and the soft squishy buns are the perfect counterpart. Here's the deal with fast casual food giants- I demand consistency and that's one thing about Shake Shack I feel like it always tastes the same. The fries they added to the menu are spicy fries which are technically the normal crinkle cut fries with a spicy sprinkle. The thing about crinkle cut fries is to me unless they're double fried they aren't great, I like a crispy potato and these usually end up quite soggy. Shake Shack isn't an exception sometimes the fries aren't worth ordering...but hear me out, these new pickles though

Thank you management for hearing our concerns and bringing about a change to the way things are run in-store. After months of revisiting this location, I can confidently say that the quality of food and the accuracy of service has increased significantly! Our orders have always come out in a timely manner and are ALWAYS made correctly (no more avocados in the wrong places and/or missing add-ons in our burgers). Moreover, workers have been more intentional about checking that the RIGHT people are taking the RIGHT pickup orders.

I've never been to a Shake Shack so when in the area and while yearning a shake, I stopped in to order one. Their ordering system was a mess! They only use kiosk type ordering where customers order themselves and they also use online ordering. Well, I don't have, nor am I loading their app for one time ever ordering. The 4 kiosks that they had were occupied by three teenage rude girls who wanted to play with them while talking to each other about what to order... this took 10 mins as the line behind them built up (so disrespectful of today's kids, no situational awareness nor consideration to look around and be aware of others who might be waiting). I walked away and was about to walk out the door when a person walked up and asked if I needed help, I think they were a food runner. They were really friendly and helpful and they took my order at a different terminal. I wanted a dairy-free shake, but I was told they literally sold their last one this morning and they're discontinuing them. So I got a regular cookies & cream shake. The shake was promptly prepared and it tasted AWESOME!! The best part of this visit was the shake! Would I return? Possibly, the food I saw customers eating actually looked quite good.

Flaming hot to say the least and not for the faint of heart. I selected the JALAPEÑO CREAM CHEESE Burger, which is a prime Wagyu beef patty topped with jalapeño cream cheese spread, peppered bacon, and pepper jack cheese on a brioche bun. It was moist cooked just right with a light sear. Perfection. My wife opted for the SICKIES BURGER which is a burger topped with Peppered bacon, fried egg, pulled pork, BBQ sauce, and American cheese, topped with onion rings and a splash of hot sauce. We conclude with one of their shakes, and they have several options to choose from, Banana, Butterscotch, Chocolate, Coffee, Oreo®, Raspberry, Strawberry, and Vanilla. I went with the Raspberry and my wife sent with the Oreo. Both were very filling. The staff is very accommodating and attentive that matched with a 1950s dinner vibe, it is a relaxing welcoming environment and this both enjoyable and comfortable. Took family there for my grandson's birthday. Loved the theme…read more Started off with happy hour appetizers......tater kegs and two orders of fried pickles, our kids favorite. Tater kegs were good, taste and size-wise. But we wound up hardly eating much of the fried pickles. They were drowned in salt, so much so even the ranch couldn't compensate or cover it up. My wife got the unlimited wings. She tried three different flavor of wings, all very salty to the taste. Sweet Chili, the Popping Pineapple and the Teriyaki. And the teriyaki really didn't taste like teriyaki at all. My daughter had the veggie burger, and she said it was very salty. I ordered the deviled eggs and the jalapeno creamed corn. The deviled eggs were good; filling was a little runnier than I usually like in a deviled egg. The jalapeno creamed corn had some good spice, but another dish that had entirely too much salt in it. When my wife and first got there to get the table for our party, the host asked if we had the app. We did not, he instructed us how to download it, and told us we'd be getting an email for a free burger. He also told us about the 20% off "Vintage" discount for seniors, of which I am one. At the end of our meal, the server (who was really cool, by the way) gave us our bill, which totalled with tax $165 plus some change. I told him I was a senior and wanted the vintage discount. He brought in iPad over, entered a couple things and brought us a new bill. I glanced at it and it said $163 and some change. So I walked after him and asked him if I paid up front and that's where they gave the discount. He said no you pay me and I did give you the discount. Sure enough, on the receipt, it was saying vintage discount......$2.60. Now I use math in my head every day for work as an air traffic controller, so it didn't take me long to figure out $2.60 is WAY BELOW 20% off of $165. I was looking for some fine print somewhere that might explain this particular math conundrum. Couldn't find anything. I was going to find our server or a manager, but the family was ready to go, and since it was a birthday my wife didn't want me to make an issue of it, so we left. Not happy with the liberal usage of salt in everything, and with today's prices, especially not happy with the issue with the discount that was about 18% short. Probably won't be back.

The yolk should run and these didn't. Not the end of the world, but when you cooks eggs all day it would have been nice to have them not overcooked. It tasted ok. The corned beef was good and I would get that again, but not on a benny. The hollandaise was ok but a bit bland. I was expecting some lemon flavor and that tangy kick but it was super mild. It was fine just not to my liking. My wife got a breakfast quesadilla and it was stuffed full and was better than mine. I had a bite and it was pretty flavorful but we did have to pay extra for sour cream which was weird, but whatevs. The place has a lot of signs inside. Not sure what i make of it but there were enough of them that we both noticed. Our server was good but a bit quirky. For instance, she sat us and as we were sitting down she asked if we knew what we wanted. Not rude or anything like that we just thought, hmmm that was interesting. We told no we needed to look at the menu and it was all fine. I just think she had a quirky personality, nothing off putting. We kind of laughed about it and went on. More of a story than anything else that we talk about and get a kick out of. Overall the place was ok. My husband had the corned beef hash meal. The breakfast came out and a reasonable time. My husband enjoyed his and they pride themselves on having a lot of homemade food. My food was good as well, except the sausage patties were slightly overcooked. The gluten-free pancakes were excellent and I'm so happy that they have them since not a lot of places have that choice. The restaurant is a homey atmosphere and it seemed like they had a lot of regulars. My husband used the restroom and I think that the men's restroom doubles as having some utility items in there like a mop and so forth. But he said there was a cabinet that had Styrofoam cups that were facing forward, which probably should not be in there. That is the only reason I gave it to four. We would definitely come back even though it is a little bit of a drive for us.
