Absolutely disgusting. Like I mean not even edible food. The experience as a whole started with an argumentative employee taking our order, she seemed like she was just looking for an argument to be honest. I asked specifically for "a kids chicken nuggets with curly fries and fountain drink" ANYWHERE ELSE THIS WOULD BE A MEAL, she very rudely said "is that a meal!? Or just the nuggets" I said "a kids meal please" to which she responded "so you want the meal or the nuggets?" I should've walked out then. I ordered the chicken strips and these were absolute unacceptable. I even went in expecting a mediocre experience and meal at best and it wasn't even close to that. You can see my photos of the strips they served me and comparison to the nuggets they serves my child. The fries were undercooked and we just threw them out. All but one sauce dispenser was broke or completely empty and they acted offended or put out that we asked for sauce at the counter. My oldest went to ask for a refill (we were aware there were not free refills on the "premium" lemonades), she was ignored and they started to help another customer despite her being in front of the line. Luckily the other customer said "she was here first". The drink fountains are just a disgusting mess and need attention bad, half of them don't even work properly my sleeve got soaked filling up my youngest Child's drink. I really question the sanitary conditions of their kitchen if this is how their dining area is. I will never return to this location. read more

Came during lunch today & of course it's busy. Took awhile to get through the drive-thru but it was less than Wendy's. I ordered the curly fries & 2 sliders (chicken & roasted beef). I usually just go to Arby's for their fries but the sliders were good. I should have just ordered a regular fry or 1 slider because now I still have half of my curly fries left. Ah well. The drive-thru staff was nice & polite. My order was correct & I received all the sauces I requested. No complaints. read more

Do. Not. Go. Here. I don't often leave review like this. I last left a two-star review several months ago for this location after a horrible experience, and I never expected to go back. Then my son wanted to celebrate something at Arby's. We made sure he wasn't going to change his mind (or could be convinced to change his mind), so my husband made his way to Arby's. It was around 6:00 on a Thursday. Remember: Last time I went was awful. It took 30 minutes to get our food, and we didn't even get the full order. This time my husband went in a rather uncomplicated order: 5 sliders, 1 fries, 1 onion rings and 2 meals. That's it. He opted to go in and not do drive-thru. It wasn't busy at all; maybe two people came in after my husband. So he waited. And waited. And waited. And waited. The best part is that my husband asked why it was taking so long...and they said they were short staffed. Considering there were four people in the back, okay. Maybe? That doesn't explain it. He tried talking to the manager who gave him EXPIRED "this meal's on us" coupons. My husband looked at the order screen, and every single order was flashing red. The "newest" order was 7 minutes old and his, at the time, was the oldest at 19 minutes (and counting). That means someone was waiting for 7 minutes in the drive thru lane for their food. Ladies and gents, he arrived home an hour after he first left for Arby's. We live 8 minutes away... That alone was terrible. It's not an experience you want to have. We called several people (the district manager, by the way, is terrible!) and no one seemed to be concerned at all with it. It was like this was normal. But wait! There's more! The fries were soggy. The onion rings were inedible. And...I got sick that night. I can't say it's food posioning, but it certainly wasn't pleasant. It also packed so much salt, my rings couldn't fit the next day. I've never had that happen before. If you're craving roast beef, go to a different Arby's or try Lion's Choice. For real. This Arby's should just be shut down - it's a disgrace to the brand. read more

I found the service to be fast, and somewhat friendly. My sandwich tasted great, while the waffle fries were delicious, but not warm. The dining area was nice, and clean, but the background music had lots of static. Coupons are available. I'm thinking this location is just A-OK. read more

I use to work at a Arbys and enjoyed it, The food is always good and its clean,the staff is friendly and will talk to u instead of standing there, I like the happy hour where the cost is $1.00, its right across from lowes, this is one of the smaller stores and the parking is small to, but that doesn't matter as long as the the food is good, besides some people may not like it and there some places that I won't go back, I don't try to by the meals, the cost is high and I couldn't eat all of that meal, it will make me stuff, read more

We love this Arby's. Arby's has upped its game considerably over time. Ingredients are fresh and menu selection is considerable. I only have one special request .. would you please bring back your Greek gyros? and the Greek salad? These are my two favorite menu items. Since every time we've gone to this Arby's they are out, we order the beef gyro and it is wonderful. Highly recommend Arby's as an alternative sandwich eatery. Arby's -- it has the meats!! read more

I want to this Arby's awful 119th in Olathe Kansas, I ordered two fresh fillets, when I got home, the fillet was ice cold the sauce and lettuce were hot, Meaning they put them in the microwave. I called the manager he told me to come back up when I got a chance bring my receipt, three days later I went up and spoke to a girl at the counter she told me that they were fresh and that was it, nothing was going to be done, She did not offer to replace the two fillets she did not get a manager, I said fine and walked out. I had the pleasure of being served by Tessa. I just had one special request that my Traditional Greek Gyro be without the beef, and contain lamb only. Tessa did a marvelous job of accomodating my request without any hassles. The same request was NOT entertained by Arbys's @ Santa Fe Dr & Shawnee locations. There comment was that the meat in the gyro comes in preset as beef-and-lamb both. What was frustrating is that its a well-known fact that traditional Greek gyro contans only lamb as the main ingredient. Beef is not a must. I wonder how Arby's could miss that. Showing some flexibility in your order intake may go a long way in the popularity of your food chain. But with this Arby's @ Olathe [18060 W 119th St] there was no issue whatsoever. I try to avoid fast food places as a whole, but sometimes your chore list monopolizes your day and you need something quick. I tried a new item, the Ultimate Angus Select triple cheese and bacon. I have to admit I was impressed. More sliced beef than I expected, toasted bun, REAL bacon on top. Has a lot of flavor. At $ 7.50 for the combo, a little more pricey than some, but I thought it rivaled some of the more high-end deli spots around. At least on this trip, a positive nod. read more

We get our dog roast beef snacks at many Arby's around town and she usually gobbles it down. But at this location she routinely won't eat it because it's dry, yellowed on the edges because it old. So beware this location has Roast Beef that a Dog won't eat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We have given it several tries but no more. read more
