"Chicken" if you can call it that.

Absolutely disgusting. Like I mean not even edible food. The experience as a whole started with an argumentative employee taking our order, she seemed like she was just looking for an argument to be honest. I asked specifically for "a kids chicken nuggets with curly fries and fountain drink" ANYWHERE ELSE THIS WOULD BE A MEAL, she very rudely said "is that a meal!? Or just the nuggets" I said "a kids meal please" to which she responded "so you want the meal or the nuggets?" I should've walked out then. I ordered the chicken strips and these were absolute unacceptable. I even went in expecting a mediocre experience and meal at best and it wasn't even close to that. You can see my photos of the strips they served me and comparison to the nuggets they serves my child. The fries were undercooked and we just threw them out. All but one sauce dispenser was broke or completely empty and they acted offended or put out that we asked for sauce at the counter. My oldest went to ask for a refill (we were aware there were not free refills on the "premium" lemonades), she was ignored and they started to help another customer despite her being in front of the line. Luckily the other customer said "she was here first". The drink fountains are just a disgusting mess and need attention bad, half of them don't even work properly my sleeve got soaked filling up my youngest Child's drink. I really question the sanitary conditions of their kitchen if this is how their dining area is. I will never return to this location.

Came during lunch today & of course it's busy. Took awhile to get through the drive-thru but it was less than Wendy's. I ordered the curly fries & 2 sliders (chicken & roasted beef). I usually just go to Arby's for their fries but the sliders were good. I should have just ordered a regular fry or 1 slider because now I still have half of my curly fries left. Ah well. The drive-thru staff was nice & polite. My order was correct & I received all the sauces I requested. No complaints.

I found the service to be fast, and somewhat friendly. My sandwich tasted great, while the waffle fries were delicious, but not warm. The dining area was nice, and clean, but the background music had lots of static. Coupons are available. I'm thinking this location is just A-OK.

New Angus Portabella mushroom meat I bit into and pulled out.

The women working the cashier was very kind and helpful. Absolutely fantastic quality of food and coffee! Our whole group was impressed with everything that we ordered. The stand out was the bacon Gouda sandwich on some phenomenal ciabatta bread. The bagel was outstanding. The pastry case was drool worthy and we'll have to come back to eat through it. Price wise its a bit on the pricey side but worth it for the quality you're receiving. Lots of free street parking available. Note for the cold brew lovers - they don't serve cold brew so be ready with your back up order.

It's small but not too small with the outdoor and upstairs seating. I was quickly greeted by the very friendly staff after walking in. I asked "what's the best thing on the menu if I was never to be here again (I'm a driver and likely won't)" and she said the bacon Gouda and boy oh boy was it good! The bacon was very high quality and so was the bread. The cheese was super melted and made the almost garlic buttery mayo taste even better. I would highly recommend it and would recommend this place!!

As a general rule, I stay away from crowded areas like the Plaza and Westport, but I really wanted…read moreto try this place out. As luck would have it, I had to run an errand near the area and my decision was made. First off, the entrance isn't where you'd think it would be. The order window was closed and I noticed people going up to the deck to get in, so up I headed. The place was actually spacious and comfortable, it has a Caribbean vibe to it. After much consternation, I figured I'd make it tough on them and opted for the Reuben. As some somebody who has had many Reubens at the place where they were invented, Omaha's Blackstone Hotel, I can be a tough judge. This is definitely the best place to get one in KC, so I know that I'll be back for more. I even liked the bread that they used, it set it apart from other sammiches. And the service was great, so I'll be back.

The wait even too so long I got a extra cookie to help with the longer times. It was awesome! Entering the space on weekday is preferable for those who do not want to have a lot of noise when eating dinner. On saturday during peak lunch the spot can get pretty busy but somehow never packed. They even have a fun merch corner if you fee like reppin som delicious dough. Will return soon if not atleast a couple times before the end of the summer.

I ordered online and it was seamless. My food way ready when I arrived and my order was accurate. Service was friendly. The location seemed pretty large and clean. They do have a drive thru and plenty of parking. They have a large menu and on this visit I tried the meatball sub. They offer whole and half sizes. They feature 2 oz meatballs from Scimecas, a whole has 4 making the sandwich over a pound and 51 grams of protein. It's about $14 for a whole but I got it as a weekly special at a mere $10. (Check their socials for more specials!) The sandwich was so good. It was big. The meatballs were delicious and had a good texture and flavor. The sauce was a little sweet but not overpowering. The bread held up amazingly. It had a nice chew and could stand up to all the sauce. There was plenty of cheese. Nice garlic essence. Highly recommend and I'd get it again. They also had $1 hot dogs so I got a few. My pups love hot dogs and these were no exception. I believe they're normally between $3-4 but they are boars head and all beef. I also had one and it was delicious. Who doesn't love a glizzy? They have whole pickles so I had to have one of those. Great pickle. No complaints. I also ordered non-phallic items like a few different cookies. The cookies are bomb. Chewy, soft, big. I'll probably have to get a cookie every time I go. I tried the s'mores, lemon blueberry, and the triple chocolate chunk. All were equally good. Great flavor. Fantastic texture. Get cookies. Again, no complaints. I'll go back and will be recommending them. Check them out!
