If I could leave half a star, I would. I have been a loyal customer and have gone to multiple locations and NEVER received my food cold. I chose to dine in between 3:45 pm and 4:15 pm on a Friday evening with the restaurant being empty (about 2-3 customers) everything about my burger was disappointing, the cheese wasn't even melted, the meat was cold and my chili cheese fries weren't even warm with some refrigerator cold parts of the chili. Just like my burger, the cheese wasn't even melted and the fries were cold as if they were sitting without anyone caring to notice, seems like lack of communication from the cooks' part. The ladies at the register were organizing their work stations and counting bills just staying busy which is understandable, but everyone needs to communicate with each other as a team in the kitchen in order to provide the best quality customer service. I didn't complain at the restaurant because I don't like being the one to give a hard time to the employees at any restaurant/fast food restaurant they already deal with enough. Went here on Labor Day, drive thru, will never go back. Girl at the window Very rude! Wants us to donate money for charity and asks 2 more times because we said no. Ordered 2 large orders of onion rings, both orders shorted, she gives us 1 little container of ranch, I said can I get extra ranch, she turns and says something to the other girl, they start laughing and gives us 1 more ranch. Rude, really rude. $27.00 for 2 burgers, 2 onion rings and 1 soda. Good luck with people like that working, I'll spread the word on that one. Made the mistake of a return visit, Another lady at the window, just as rude. Does the manager find this behavior acceptible or does he have no control? Food is acceptable yet a little over price... The reason for one star is that I stood in front of the register, and a person at the register for over 10 minutes... Yes 10 minutes... Without her, or any of the other five people run around recognizing me whatsoever. After just standing there I slowly walked out and no one made any attempt to say they were sorry or could they help me or anything. I leased an office down the road near Enterprise Circle which was walking distance from Farmer Boys, so my team often visited since it was very close by. I was very hopeful that Farmer Boys would be a great place to add to the rotation but unfortunately, after many many tries, it has never made the cut on what I expect for food quality or service. Pros: - Iced Lattes are tasty - Manager (not sure if he's the owner or staff manager) is very friendly and often visits patrons at their tables to check on them - Location - Menu variety is nice Cons: - Food quality is inconsistent. Sometimes it's good, other times it's blah. - Besides the manager, the rest of the staff are not very helpful or well trained for customer service. This may be why we see inconsistency in food quality. There's a man that usually handles the drive through who is very very gruff and not very friendly. He may be a wonderful person, but you gotta smile every now and then to customers... - Often get orders wrong - I was once in line to order waiting for someone to take my order (no one was at any registers for a LONG time). Finally someone comes up to a register and doesn't make eye contact or say a thing to me. The guy behind me just walks around me up to them. The clerk could've said "can I take your order?" seeing that I was standing waiting for them to call me up. This is very basic stuff. Tried "The Natural" burger. I suppose since it was organic beef, that's a good thing. But the overall quality of the burger wasn't much better than cheap fast food. Definition of "Run of the mill". Really though, shout out to Charlie C. for an accurate review. This place isn't all that great. I guess it's better than McDonald's or other fast food restaurants. I would probably only attribute that to their ambiance. The food seems more expensive than any of these other fast food joints. The food was just so-so and not extraordinary by any means. The only thing that might stand out in my opinion is the service and THAT didn't even stand out. Bottom line: NOTHING extraordinary about this restaurant. If you're looking for something better, this isn't that much better than anything around here. If they don't start doing something good, I don't expect them to be open for much longer. Farmer Boys doesn't initially come to mind when I think of breakfast eateries, but that changed after I tried it. Food orders are done when you walk in and you choose your own table. There were only a few other patrons while we were there and that made for quiet and peaceful breakfast. It was a nice change from most breakfast eateries that have a half hour wait on weekend mornings. The food is decent, but it's not spectacular. The servings are good portions, especially for the price. Coffee tastes nice also, but not the best I ever had. Service was great. The servers came by a few times to check on us and give coffee refills, but they never rushed us out. This isn't the nicest or best tasting breakfast restaurant in Temecula, but it does have one of the better environments and service. read more

For a fast food burger joint, these folks do it right... Quick Service...a quality burger...fast service and they don't dog you to drop off your tray and stuff in the trash.
