You order at the counter and take a number back to the table where they'll bring out your food. I went on a Thursday evening around 5p and it wasn't too busy yet. Around 6 when we were leaving the line got a little long. It was really nice inside the restaurant and was quiet so we had no problem talking.

(ironically, the Starbucks in this same strip mall consistently has the BEST customer service of any Starbucks in AZ imho.)

I used the walk-up window and was greeted in a friendly manner by one of the employees. I got my drink, salad, and soup and double-checked my items. I ordered a BYO (build your own) salad and all of the ingredients and dressing (plus extra) were there. I appreciated that they didn't give me utensils and napkins, as requested. It seems to be the default for some locations and I really don't need them and prefer not to get them. I also like that I can order my drinks with no ice (blueberry basil ftw). I miss their yuzu citrus lemonade! I hope they bring it back, it was my favorite from the seasonal additions. Overall, this is a good choice for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner and I'd suggest getting one of their bundle deals to save some $.

Extremely disappointed after trying out for first time. We greeted the cashier and told her it was our first time and needed a minute to look at the menu above/behind her. After making our decision, we asked for a turkey melt sandwich. She then proceeded to tell us that they were out of turkey. So we then asked for a sausage breakfast item. She told us they were out of sausage as well. We decided to leave and both agreed that it would of been nice of her to tell us that what they were out of while we were looking at the menu read more

Not two minutes after I made my order I get a message stating the order is cancelled because they couldn't fulfill it. No other context. Maybe it was the timing? Maybe they were out of ingredients? Who knows, but not me! So I just moved on and got a sandwich elsewhere. I gave 2 stars as the menu does look good and there's a handful of 5 star reviews that lead me to believe they could be good, but only time will tell if I dare to try again.

They nickle and dime you for everything. To be honest, the quality of the food isn't the best but it beats Chipotle. I have yet to chew on a piece of fat here like I have with Chipotle. This was likely the last time we substitute or add anything bc it didn't change the flavor or enhance the meal in any way. This place has tremendous potential if the leadership gets a grip on reality.
