I used to like this location but it's gone downhill! I guess they serve Plastic pieces and Hair in their salads and wraps! Almost broke my tooth! Other times, they don't include everything in the bag -you have to double check yourself and ask where's the rest of the order AND THEN they'll give it to you! This location needs honest workers and ensure they check their food for quality and not serve PLASTIC or HAIR! Go to a different location! read more

Fresh, fast, friendly! This is my go to stop whenever I need something fast. It is not a sit down location ( I don't believe any of them are), it is just drive thru or window walk up, but they do take your order and customize it however you would like. The new chicken is a game changer! It is excellent! If you're looking for something that is fresh and fast that won't break the bank, this is a place to go. I can get a full lunch and drink for $10. My personal favorite is the autumn harvest, but I have yet to have a bad salad from there, I like them all. read more

This location is always consistently good. Service is always awesome. Unfortunately, this time my salad was warm and a little soggy. It was the first time it wasn't chilled. Such a bummer but thankfully the flavors made up for it. Don't love the new chicken it's a little dry....but it's a little better than the last chicken. First bad experience here because normal this location is super consistent. Always love their salads and drinks though so I will be back and give them another chance! read more

I love Salad and Go for many reasons. It's a fantastic concept with a variety of options. Salad and Go provides quick, customized salads or wraps that can be made to be gluten-free, vegetarian, or vegan. I appreciate the availability of tofu, which is rare for fast-food chains. Not to mention, the prices are affordable. It has become my go-to for a healthy meal, especially when I don't feel like cooking. This particular Salad and Go location is located in the corner of Williams Field and Higley next to an ice cream shop. I stopped by the drive-thru once to order my go-to, Jalapeño Ranch salad (minus the bacon) both with tofu. My salad was fresh and prepared correctly. The staff was pleasant. I ordered a BBQ salad with Chicken here on Wednesday, 9/10/25. I asked for no tomatoes or pico. They said ok & it was on the receipt but when i got home I noticed they gave me tomatoes. I should have checked better before I left, but the tomatoes/pico were hidden under the avocado. (See my pics) That is why i deducted 1 star. read more

We love Salad and Go. The salads quality is consist. The tomatoes are consistently soft, mushy and no flavor. If I remember I ask for no tomatoes and I love good tomatoes! Could they please address the problem with the tomatoes!! This should get a lower rating because of the tomatoes but the rest of the salad is great. The service is great! read more

I LOVE Salad & Go! The fast-food drive-thru healthy option is so nice to have and they are sooo quick! My go-to is always the Roasted Autumn salad with steak and added feta with the Greek dressing! I love it and so do my kids. I've also had the Caprese, BBQ Ranch & Cobb and always so fresh with all the ingredients and add-in's. I also am addicted to their drinks. The cold brews are super tasty and affordable. I always get the Lemonade/Green Tea Arnold Palmer and I'm obsessed. My kiddos love their frozen strawberry lemonades! I had a fresh salad from Salad and Go. The lettuce is crisp and cold. The croutons are crunchy and not soggy. I thought the croutons were a bit salty but not by much. They were pretty big sized croutons. I didn't think they had any specific flavor. I like the little mozzarella balls. I wish there were more of them and they were bigger because more mozzarella! Others might like them as they were. I like that the dressings came in their own packets so I could add as little or as much as I wanted. They also helped save the salad from getting soggy that day or next of there were leftovers. I like the pesto and the balsamic vinaigrette. The service was fast as usual. The tomatoes are mostly fresh but one time I got a slightly older batch. I had to throw those away. The chicken was fine, I think it tasted a little like rosemary to me. read more

I visited another one of my long standing favorites today...Salad and Go! It's no wonder this franchise blew up and has expanded. It's inexpensive, delicious, nutritious and fast! My two favorites are the Jalapeño Ranch and the Cobb. The Caesar salad is also very good! They're located all over the Valley of the Sun so odds are you're only a stone's throw away from one. Give it a try, if you haven't yet! Everything is very fresh. It's walk up, or drive thru, only. You can even pick up breakfast AND lunch on your way to work. read more

This has always been my go to Salad and Go. We started going less and less. Salad sizes very small. 3 tomatoes instead of 8. Blue cheese crumbles almost nonexistent. But ok, times are tough and businesses aren't here for the people. They exist for that dollar. Today we decided a Salad sounds good. No complaint about the salad. I know what to expect now. However, these 2 protein boxes are identical. $3.98 each. There's maybe a 4th of an avocado and the bacon and shaved parm are barely in existence. The boxes were then put into the bags sideways. Hence why it's all mixed up. And again, had to request the dressing that has a required item when ordering. I'm very disappointed in what was received. Drinks are spectacular! Salads are standard. I now expect that it's closer to a side salad than a meal, maybe somewhere in-between. But totally has more room to shake and spread the dressing around. The taste is excellent and freshness has never been an issue. The 2 is because the drinks and salad I got were fine. But $8 for what's in the picture? Really? Everything was normal, until the associate proceeded to quite literally dump my change on the ground when I was gathering the bills in my hand. Salad and Go is one of our favorite places. We frequent the Queen Creek location on Ellsworth and I go to the one in Chandler on Kyrene regularly. We've been to this location on Williams field the least due to its location to our normal paths. When we did stop in there the food is as consistent as the others and always flavorful! read more

Customer service at every location is horrible although this one is the worst. The manager had the audacity to tell me that if I'm not happy, I can go to McDonald's. This was after I told him how nice he was. I asked him why he would say that and his response, well they have breakfast too. I have never in my entire life been spoken to that way. All because I just asked for my burrito to be remade. I wasn't yelling, screaming, or being rude either. I think when you're a paying customer, you should have the right to voice concerns. I was just looking for compassion and empathy from someone. It just seems like with this company, they just want bodies to fill the place and they completely disregard hiring for personality. This place is notably different since the new buyers took over. Chicken is now a lesser quality and you have to get "extra" to equal what was standard before. I find myself going to Angie's now to get what was the calling card for this place, good quality ingredients and at a low price. read more

Just picked up an online order, the kid at the window was so rude to us. He tossed our salads at us through the window and then proceed to stand there with our drinks in his hand to have a conversation at the window with a coworker - it's 113 degrees outside. He gave us the wrong drinks and we politely asked for the correct drinks. He wouldn't accept the online receipt through the app and made us walk back to the car to get the paper receipt. Food was fine, customer service is severely lacking. We have been to multiple salad and gos and this has to be the worst one. I try to avoid this location for this very reason. read more

I will admit that when I rolled in the Salad and Go drive- thru for the first the line was LONG and I questioned what magic is in these salads and if it was worth spending time in line. I was pleasantly surprised to find out how fast their line moves and in no time it was my turn to order. I also noticed customers going up to pick-up their online orders which is a great option for an even quicker lunch or dinner! I asked which salads were most popular and the staff member recommended I tried the Cobb. I appreciate how much room their containers have to make sure you can really shake your salad and mix in the dressing. The Cobb was a 10/10 - fresh, delicious, and filling. Also can we talk about their $1 drinks?! I got a Prickly Pear lemonade and it was refreshing and not too sweet. Can't wait to go again soon! read more

I stopped by for coffee, Friday 12/27/24 @ 1pm. The young woman who gave me my order; dropped my change on the ground and when I asked her to replace it, she said no. Anyone knows you can't get out of your car and retrieve it yourself because there's no room. So I asked for the manager and she gave me my change but, did not apologize. And my order was incomplete as well. I won't be going there again. read more

Delicious salads & nice portion size. The Greek & the Cobb salads are my favorite. The ingredients are always fresh.

Tried the wrap today using the BBQ salad option. Not impressed. Wrap was not cut in half like the picture on the menu board. The wrap was like a huge burrito that was put together very poorly. Super huge to hold. As soon as a bite was taken the wrap opened (fell apart). Much if the inside fell out. Had to try and shove it back in and "re- wrap". I was not successful because the tortilla was so thin it was tearing and ripping. A wrap IMO should be a hand held food that you can easily eat while multi tasking . Won't order the wrap again unless of course this was a one off read more

Always a huge line here so I have generally avoided it. Here is the thing. They have their service down pat. The line moves so quick, you place your order get to the window and they literally hand you your food. No wait. They know their stuff! I am vegan so explained at ordering, they told me what dressings I could have and I placed my order. Food is fresh, service is quick and nice, and price is perfect! Don't worry when you see that long line. You will be in and out eating your salad in no time! read more

Had a breakfast wrap for the first time at this location. We ordered in the drive thru and it was promptly and accurately prepared. Service was very friendly, and food was tasty! Best of all, only about $7 for two wraps!! Only critique is that the sausage was a little spicy for my taste. We will be back for sure! read more

I've never had a bad experience at salad and go. They're always fast and have never messed up my order! I was a little sad when they cut out all their outdoor dining, but alas, it's still a great restaurant! I recently switched to a plant based diet so I did my first Build Your Own Salad this week and it was fantastic!!
