Great food, great atmosphere, awesome staff. Get the biscuits and gravy and get them again. Can't say I've had any that good before. The Bloody Mary was on point as well and the hash browns were perfect. I'll be back! read more

Pretty underwhelmed. Sausage patties were reheated frozen commercial patties. "Stuffed" raspberry fench toast was made from commercial white bread with raspberry jam spread. There was little craft in the meal, and there are better options. read more

This place is just A-OK. Nothing in there makes me wow, My egg benedict is messy And for some reason the day I went there this place was super loud I can barely hear anything all the loud noise! read more

Not the place for corned beef hash. My wife loves the stuff and I enjoy it on occasion. We were both in the mood to dig into a nice pile of red beef speckled with potatoes this morning, so we thought we'd try Famous Toastery. When we ordered, the waitress made a point to explain that the potatoes are mixed in with the corned beef -- not served on the side, as might be interpreted from the menu description. Yes we understand, all good. Unfortunately, what came out of the kitchen were two plates of flat white rectangles with eggs on top. No issues with the shape, we get that the hash is premade and reheated on the flat top. The rectangle was exactly the size of the cook's big spatula. The color was the odd part -- my wife's first thought was lard? No, the white came from potatoes. This was effectively potato hash speckled with corned beef. The poached eggs were perfect, the hollandaise a nice touch. Would have loved to have these on the nice pile of red flannel hash that we envisioned. read more

First time trying this place, since our local elementary school held a "family night" here. So I thought we'd give it a try. Service needed a lot of work. We waited a while for us to be approached by our server and she didn't even look like she's happy to be there. Didn't explain how we should Pay and hardly stopped by our table. Food was good but nothing spectacular. I'm not sure we'll be coming back. read more

So, my wife and I and two children went here for breakfast. Of our four orders, three of them were incorrect. We brought this up to the server and she simply said OK and took two of the plates back. No apology, no I'm sorry, no nothing. Just OK as if this is common place at this establishment. Then another server came by for the third mistaken order, same scenario-no apology no nothing. She simply said OK and took the plate. This makes me wonder. What is obvious though, customer satisfaction means little to these folks. I'm pretty certain that no one in this family will be returning. read more

Bernadette was a great waiter. She made us feel welcomed and helped us choose our drinks and dishes. It was 4 of us and she made sure we were taken care of with all of the other awesome waiters that were helping with the food. Also i ended up not really liking the food i got but was able to enjoy my other dish and drinks. Will definitely come here and again! read more

Best breakfast and friendliest staff in town. Food is fresh and prepared to perfection where nothing is fried or frozen. You can have breakfast or lunch anytime and all servers are your sever so your food is delivered hot and fast. Come out and give it a try, you will not be disappointed. read more

Famous toasty is such a great place for breakfast or lunch options. The menu has something for everyone. The food is fresh and service is consistently friendly. Sheryl one of the wait staff introduced me to shrimp and grits and always welcomes me with a positive attitude. This is my favorite breakfast stop on weekends. Thanks for bringing this cafe to ashburn! read more

I love that we have a brunch option in Ashburn. I just wish the food menu were more inventive. I always have a hard time deciding what to order because I wish they would take the options just a bit more adventurous. I love that they have a variety of beverage options including alcohol. But I once ordered a fresh orange juice and it was... odd. It separated. I've never seen that even when making fresh squeezed juice at home. They didn't charge me for it so that's good. I'm also not sure how I feel about the "every server is your server" thing. If you are tucked into a table hard to get to I feel like flagging down any server becomes a challenge. Your needs are less likely to be noticed. They are always busy on the weekends so I feel like they are here to stay. read more

First time in this New center called "Loudon Station." We were in the mood for A good breakfast place, visiting the area we didn't know where to go. We ran into a Good Samaritan and asked for a good breakfast. He directed us to The Famous toastery. It's definitely the best decision I've made in a while. The service is the best, every single waitstaff is attentive and you can order from any of them . We happened to meet the owner, Angela. She's extremely kind, helpful, nice, attentive which explains why the staff is the way they are. Highly recommended to anyone wanting a great Breakfast. read more

My fiancé and I ate here today and it was amazing! The food was fresh and the service was even better. We sat in an extended section of the restaurant which was pretty nifty. Our server Alexis was timely, thorough, and very personable. Even with her section being jam packed she still made sure that we never felt "forgotten". We shared more than a few laughs, but what stuck out the most to us about her was her genuine, kind heart. Good service is hard to come by these days- We will most definitely be back, not only for the food, but for her. read more

Went there for breakfast last week. The staff was very friendly. We were seated pretty quickly. Our server was a little scatter brained but was very nice. I got the avocado omelette. The omelette wasn't bad but could be a little less eggy. I like omelettes but not when they are so thick. I had fresh squeezed OJ, which was delicious. I also had a gluten free banana pancake. That was one of the best pancakes I've ever had!!!! Oh my word it was heavenly. I would go back again. read more

This is my breakfast spot in Loudoun County! I've only come for breakfast so I can't comment on their lunch other than to say I really want to give that meatloaf and mac & cheese a try. But for breakfast I'm happy to make the 20-minute trip each way from South Riding to enjoy Famous Toastery on a Saturday or Sunday morning. Expect a wait, but know that it's worthwhile. During some months of the year you can kill time walking the Loudoun Farmers' Market just outside their door. They also offer free self-serve coffee in small cups to help tie you over. Once inside you'll find a cozy place, nicely decorated with local Loudoun County photography. The menu is just right, great selections but not overwhelmingly large. They also have a terrific morning cocktail menu that I more often than not sample. :) You can't go wrong even if you've gotta drive a bit like me, and wait a few for a table. Just do it! You'll be glad you did! read more

First time here as we are new to Ashburn and the service was awesome! Our waitress let us know that everyone is our server. Great food great service! Will def be back read more

Great food fast and it didn't seem so commercially made like other places. When we are in the area again we will be going back for sure!

Great place. Randomly stumbled upon this place for brunch on our way to a winery. Hands down the best french toast I've ever had. We are outside which was nice. Great break from DC priced brunches as well. For two the bill was $22+Tip read more

This place is great, and one big factor that plays into its greatness are the bussers! From what I observed the bussers get the tables clean very quickly all the while cleaning them thoroughly. The only request I have is to add more Nutella to the Nutella stuffed French toast and that is what brought me one star down. Other then the lack of Nutella, this place is phenomenal! read more

Our first and last visit - we waited for 25 minutes and were expecting an awesome meal......the cornbread is served cold with applesauce (?) and had no flavor; we both ordered huevos rancheros which ended up being a plate of flavorless black beans (mine was cold) with eggs - 3 tortilla strips and a few lumps of cold cheese and avocado; my husband ordered the same - his was semi-warm - the server dropped the check when the food was dropped off; nobody asked how our food was until our server picked up the plates (mine was mostly not eaten). Even the bacon was not good - the only thing that was good was the iced tea; and the manager did remove my meal from the check. I went home and made myself breakfast. read more

I love breakfast food, I can eat it all day, breakfast for dinner is always great! Although they usually close at 3pm, so that's not in the cards here yet...however I have eaten at the Toastery many times. The OJ in expensive, however its fresh squeezed right from the orange and worth it. The coconut pancakes are awesome, I like their sausage too. I will be a repeat customer! read more

I was surprised to find this restaurant packed at 10 am on a Saturday when I arrived at Loudoun Station for the farmer's market. On our way back to the car, we decided to give it a try. The food was delicious, not expensive, and our 3 young kids ate really well, which can be a challenge going out to eat. Definitely going to be a favorite place to go when family is in town. read more

We have been looking to try this place since many days and finally yesterday we had a breakfast there. We loved it, everything was great but I was really impressed with super fast service they provided. Will definitely come back. read more

Delicious, quality food! Menu is extensive. I dined there before COVID, but I've been even more impressed with their takeout. The stuffed French toast is amazing. read more

Went here with my boyfriend and sister today. The coffee to start is delicious but the food was disappointing. My boyfriend got the juevos rancheros and it was sitting in a soup of black beans. I had the hash which was just fine. Same goes for my sisters biscuits and gravy. Overall just subpar food and the waiters were brisk and none inviting. Overall disappointed. read more

Every waiter being my waiter actually turns out to mean no one comes by to fix my wrong order or refill my coffee until I literally hunt them down while the rest of my food gets cold, when there seem to be more waiters than diners in my section. No thanks. read more

I have eaten here a number of times since they opened last month. Haven't had a bad meal or experience yet! They serve up a generous plate from the breakfast menu. I am not a meat eater so my menu selection does narrow a bit. The lunch menu includes a veggie burger that rivals the veggie burger from Clyde's. I have gone off menu and they are more than happy to accommodate. Is it crowded on the weekends? ABSOLUTELY! This speaks volumes for the food and service. Angela now tells me that they will now be open the 2nd Tuesday of every month for dinner with some portion of the proceeds going back to a local charity each month read more

Let's just start with the coffee, which is offered gratis while you wait for a table-great flavor, not overly roasted and a 'great perk' while waiting for your table. Service was friendly and always there when needed, menu is filled with great selections for all visitors including gluten free. Now here's the kicker: Food was Fantastic, made from scratch AND FAST! Truly the BEST hollandaise I have ever had - you could catch the hint of lemon and the rich creaminess of the butter. Corned beef hash NOT from a can and truly a gift for the hash lover! The manager stopped by every table as the food was being consumed to ensure quality. A jewel of an addition to the Ashburn community. Highly recommended and will now be our go-to weekend brunch stop! read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I definitely would. The food is great, but the service is terrible. We had many issues, but the manager was a bit unconcerned. She had a nasty attitude. I've been to Famous Toastery a few times but this is the worst service I ever received. read more

I'm here like 3-4 times a week now. I LOVEEE their food. It's like a better ihop. The staff is very nice. I go in on Sundays and order to-go most of the time. It stinks that they close at 3pm, but it is so worth the delicious food! read more

Good food. Always packed. Can't complain, except for the wait on a Sunday morning. Friendly staff.

Great breakfast spot with fun kids menus, fresh squeezed orange juice, gluten-free options for toast and pancakes, too.

They were busy but we were seated fairly quickly. Orange juice was fresh squeezed. Presentation of the huevos rancheros was impressive and tasted delicious. Biscuits and gravy was a hefty portion and enough to take home leftovers. I'll be back. read more

We're on the Toastery bandwagon! One of the few great breakfast places in Ashburn. Best egg Benedict ever! Great fillings in the omelette. Coffee was so-so but everything else has been great so far. Will definitely go back. read more

Love the ambiance, the service and the sweet gesture of coffee outside while you're waiting to be seated. We ordered the strawberry and cream filled French toast, huervos rancheros (delicious but needs more tortilla on the bottom, bc it tastes more like a bean dip with two eggs on top) and omelette. Everyone was fresh, warm and yummy. Orange juice is freshly squeezed too! We will definitely be back. read more

The food was below average. We got the avocado omelet which was bland and cold when they brought it out. We also got the sunrise burrito, also very bland. It was hard to enjoy anything because it was so warm on the patio, they had all of the windows closed and no air moving through, even though it was a nice morning outside. read more

Ordered an eggs Benedict with medium poached eggs. Received my eggs over cooked. It's really not that hard to poach eggs and for the restaurant to have made such a careless mistake I honestly question the kitchen staffs ability to perform a simple task. I am highly disappointed and would not suggest anyone come to this location. Mistakes happen but that doesn't mean you just allow mistakes to go out the window and be served to customers. read more

My first visit to this restaurant. My friend had wanted to try it so we met for breakfast. Our waitress was friendly and she gave us time to look over the menu after she went over the specials with us. I ordered the FrenchToast with sausage patties for $9.99. The French Toast was okay however the sausage tasted as if it were simply microwaved as it lacked the flavor of being cooked on the grill. I didn't even finish them due to the lack of flavor. I realize this was just one meal, but it doesn't inspire me to recommend FT over other breakfast places as our bill totaled $27 for both our breakfasts and one beverage that cost a little over $2. read more

People ignored us when we walked in, we waited for half an hour to be seated, our eggs Benedict and grits took about 45 mins and cold when we got it. Unrelated to COVID, the wait staff said they were slammed but somehow served us cold food. Been coming here for two years and can't go back. Sad but there are no more good breakfast spots in Ashburn or NOVA left. Cooking from home now on. read more

I stopped by here before my meeting and this place was only the only one opened. The decor is nice. The service was very fast and attentive. I ordered the French toast with egg and bacon. The portion was fairly big. The food was hot and good. They have a big menu with drinks, so I would definitely come back to try other items. I think it would be also a great spot for brunch. read more

I wanted to love this local place, stopped in for lunch. My husband had the eggs benedict with crab cakes which he said the crab cakes tasted frozen with little crab. My son had the meatloaf with mashed potatoes. My son has a sever nut allergy and when he starting eating his meatloaf his lips tripled in size from a reaction to something in the meal. I asked to speak to the owner to understand what ingredients were in the meal due to his reaction and she really could care less, told me some of the ingredients and said did not know what it could be. When I asked about how they heat the food up in any oil ect. she said everything is microwaved. She did not ask if she could get him something else since he had only eaten a couple of bites. Beware if you think you are getting fresh made food, not true they are heating food up in the microwave. In addition, service was horrible and it was not busy. read more
