We went to Ted's Bulletin for lunch, to celebrate my niece's graduation ‍! The place is located in this food and shopping town center in the Loudon area. There's lots of parking on the curb, as well as parking lots. There's restaurant is very spacious and modern. We were hoping to be able to have my niece's best friend's family sit with us, but for some reason the staff said the nearby tables weren't available (yes, I understand there are reservations and all, but accommodations were made for another party that came in after them). First time at Ted's, and it definitely won't be my last. I grabbed a seat at the bar, and the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and had a great vibe. I started with a couple of drinks, and let's just say the bartender had a generous pour--if you know, you know! The cheesesteak rolls were absolutely spot on. They were so good I almost ordered another round. For my entrée, I had the salmon with grits. Not everyone knows how to make good grits, but they did a good job. First of all, they have the new summer menu with lobster specials, like lobster mac & cheese, lobster eggs Benedict, and of course a good old lobster roll! I think the mac & cheese was my favorite! We also had their chicken Caesar wrap. I think they are tortilla is elite!!! and the nice chicken to lettuce ratio with just the right amount of sauce. We also try their ricotta berry pancakes and you gotta have a slice of their famous cakes (we got the pb&j) . PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE!!! Service was the absolute best! Not only was our server GREAT. There were men (I believe Managers) walking around checking on guests and their experience. My friend and I met up for a late lunch and ended up staying for close to 4 hours!! Staff did not kick us out or push us to leave. Instead, they checked on us even long after our bill had been paid. Our evening was exceptional because of our server. She is definitely deserving of a raise and huge tips. It's because of her for this 5 stars. My sandwich was delicious. A Ted's strawberry tart wad a rainbow sprinkled homemade version of a Pop-Tart and definitely hit the mark. Guacamole was fine,it was more crackers than guacamole on the plate,but taste was good. Calamari was awful,tiny pieces with breading twice a size and falling off, dry and underwhelming.Chicken entree was good for my husband and if he finished breast meat of chicken, it was a sign that chicken was really good. My branzino was very good. It was generous 2 fillets of fish moist and juicy .Skin was on,no crispy skin at all,but taste was good,underneath was romesco sauce with Brussel sprouts and fingerling potatoes. My sandwich was okay, the best part was the grilled bread. My husband's eggs were too runny for his linking, even after letting the server know he wanted hard scrambled eggs. TB's boasts an extensive coffee selection/barista. I don't drink the stuff, so that didn't impress me. Came for brunch on Saturday and it was packed. We got a chicken waffle and a Big Mark Breakfast. Chicken waffles was fine. The syrup was already added onto the waffle, wished they put it on the side. My family and I visited this restaurant on Sunday. The atmosphere was great, with barely any wait, and the seats were filled. We arrived at the perfect time. However, I'm hesitant to thoroughly recommend this place because my husband ordered the Szechuan hot chicken sandwich, and my son ordered the kids' chicken fingers. The amount of grease on the chicken was excessive and unappetizing. It seemed like they had taken it straight out of the fryer and placed it on the plates. My husband even used napkins to soak up the grease. I would have returned the dish due to my sensitive stomach, but my husband tried to handle it. My son didn't even eat his chicken. The calamari is a big disappointment, very paper thin, all you can taste is the batter and there's barely any meat to it, the dipping sauce was meh, the amount you pay for the portion size does not equal.
