I've been to all of their locations and I would say the experience is pretty consistent. While I normally come for lunch, this time was for dinner. We decided to share the creamy crab dip with garlic bread. It was pretty tasty! My wife got a burger which is always an easy choice and a solid burger. I went with the king street creole pasta. This is one of my favorite items on the menu. Service wasn't bad but wasn't the best I have experienced at one of their locations. Ambiance is decent as usual. I went to Blue Ridge Grill with a family friend, and it's one of those places I keep coming back to. What I really love is that there's truly something for everyone on the menu. It's a very large, diverse menu, which always catches my eye. I've eaten here a few times now and everything has been consistently good. The burgers are great, the salads are great, and the pricing is very reasonable for the quality and portions. Service is fast, even when they're busy, and the servers are always friendly and attentive. There's plenty of seating, but it does get busy, so I'd recommend making a reservation to avoid a wait. Parking is super easy--there's a garage right next to the movie theater, which is really convenient. They're also very family-friendly. The kids' menu has solid options at very reasonable prices, which is always appreciated. Overall, it's a reliable, easy win whether you're going with family, friends, or kids. I've been going to this place for a few years, but I tied the brunch this weekend for the first time and it did not disappoint. Service was friendly and fast. We sat outside and I got the face plant IPA with a steak, biscuit and eggs and it was amazing. Everyone release got the French toast and the tuna salad and everyone was very pleased. Felt biased based on my appearance when I visited the place for an order to go.. I could easily see couple of young girls working at the front desk kinda suspicious about me, not sure why even though I'd ordered and payed. Could hear and see them giggling at me and informing to some other supervisor lady that I ordered only 1 item to go when I waiting to collect the order.. Also the girl who took my order was trying to tell me that payment cannot be done by Apple Watch and can be done only through iPhone, not sure what she thinks of herself, definitely not into tech and again probably biased based on my appearance. We go to BRG at least once a week. Food is consistently good and they typically have new specials so you don't get bored with the menu. I've been eating here since 2008. The food is always the same. In some aspects the quality has gone down a bit. The wait staff- and managers (Paul, Nadia) are exceptional. My one big complaint and why I went from eating there 3-4 times a week to maybe once every 2-3 months is because they NEVER change the menu. They need to mix things up a bit. They used to have an amazing halibut with spinach, shiitake mushrooms and a soy sauce broth. It was amazing. And they usually sold out of it. I haven't seen that dish in a long time. They serve the same things over and over. It's almost like the executive chefs at corporate are afraid. The prices have skyrocketed. They also took the chili off the menu. It shouldn't have been an appetizer- it was terribly expensive and you got a small bowl of chili and a massive basket of chips- I guess that's why they considered it an "appetizer". They should have just sold it as a bowl of soup. It's not the quality of the food (although mistakes by the line cooks if you go off hours are not uncommon). It's that they don't take ANY chances. To have been a customer for almost 18 years and cut back going because I'm deathly bored of the menu is a big problem. Brambleton is in desperate need of new restaurants. Once they arrive, I fear for Blue Ridge Grill's survival if they don't add some new items or at least try some new specials. This is100% on the executive chefs at corporate. This is their job. And they are failing in a BIG way on this front. What does an executive chef do if they don't create new dishes? To have almost the EXACT same menu for almost two decades leads me to ask, "What are the executive chefs doing?" I know they train the line cooks but who is creating? Who is in the kitchen coming up with new ideas and new flavors? I understand the idea that if it's not broken don't fix it. But at this point it IS broken. Because as a loyal customer it's not that I don't like the food- I'm just bored to death. That's almost worse. I would rather have something I didn't enjoy but could appreciate the effort, than to have the same burger, salad, or piece of white fish with the same set up and the same sauce it's always had. PLEASE take a chance and use your skills. I've had former managers (when I was eating there almost daily) tell me how bored they were with the menu. Take a chance!!!!! read more

the service here is decent. it seemed pretty busy so our server was hard to spot but she checked in on us after our food arrived. the king street creole pasta is rich in flavor and has a good mix of shrimp, chicken, and sausage. the mixed salad was fresh but i would recommend getting the dressing on the side. the backyard bbq chicken was a bit dry but paired nicely with mashed potatoes. overall this is a decent place to dine but despite the large variety on their menu, it was difficult to pick what sounded the best. read more

Stopped there with the family post a soccer game close by. It's in the center of a small "town center" community. Parking, if the 5 spots are not available on the street is available in a garage about a half block away. The ambiance is nice and comfortable with nice outdoor seating too. It reminded me of the Great American Restaurant Chain. But, a little different. The server was pleasant and efficient. And the food was good. Cooked to order. I'd place it a step or two above Glory Days but slightly below the Great American chain (Patsy's, Sweetwater, Arties, etc) ... that being said, I would definitely go back when in the Brambleton area. My favorite is the Northstar chicken & pasta. Hubby's favorite is the prime rib sandwich. I've had basically everything on their menu since I live across the street. Affordable and family friendly. They also have flawless to-go service (which we used during peak Covid). The brunch is wonderful as well - their pancakes are perfect (and the flavor rotates each week). We even came in right before brunch ended (they had changed their hours temporarily) and they fired up brunch for us anyways. Bread basket has to be asked for but it is always yummy. I will say that the Brentwood (fried chicken) salad is hit or miss on some days. The chicken cook can vary. Salmon is a little bland compared to other places. You just have to know what to get. Service is always impeccable. Highly recommend!! PS. Check their Facebook stories for their daily specials. Solid food and good service. The red meat dishes are the focus here. Great prime rib and BBQ ribs. Burgers are very good and cooked exactly the way you request! Their fries are excellent (skinny and crispy) but I still recommend upgrading to their Brussels Sprouts for an extra dollar (so good and healthy). The BRG burger is popular although I recommend you request they melt the cheddar cheese. Brentwood salad (with fried chicken) is a best seller but all their other salads are also very good! The King Street Creole pasta has been on the menu for decades and is worth a try! The Chicken Picatta is executed so well you'll think you're in an Italian restaurant! It was a nice day this Saturday. Since we have wanted to go to Blue Ridge Grill again, I suggested to my husband that we try the one we have yet to get to, this being the one in Brambleton. Not only had we not been to this Blue Ridge Grill, but we haven't even been to Brambleton Town Center. With directions in hand, we set out for an early dinner. This one is different when it comes to the decor. Regarding that, we both prefer the Ashburn and Leesburg ones as they are cozier. The decor here is more trendy with high ceilings plus a larger indoor seating area. As for the food --- We can now say that all of the Blue Ridge Grills are all uniformly good as is the service. For starters, I had a white chocolate martini. When at a Blue Ridge Grill, I always get this drink as I like the ingredients in it, making it a sweet but not too sweet drink. My husband had a bottle of Pellegrino water. We got the bread basket which has 2 different rolls in it. One is a white bread roll while the other is pumpernickel. They always have good breads and the trick is to not overdo it as the meals are filling. My husband got the 8 oz. filet mignon. He asked for it to be cooked medium but it was more medium rare but he didn't complain. In fact, he enjoyed it as it was tender and flavorful. For his side, he chose broccoli. I had what has come to be my favorite item to order at Blue Ridge --- The prime rib sandwich. It comes on a baguette type roll, crusty on the outside while soft on the inside, along with au jus and if you want it, some horseradish sauce. I substituted cole slaw for the fries. This sandwich is basically an upscale French dip. In fact, it's the best French dip sandwich I've ever had. The prime rib is thinly sliced and on the rare side, tender and flavorful. Monterey Jack cheese is part of sandwich and is melted. This is a good cheese to add as it is mild and doesn't detract from the flavor of the prime rib. The one criticism I have (and it's minor) is the cole slaw. It has oniony undertones to it and I'm not a fan of raw onion---but that's me. Others may beg to differ. This time my husband wanted dessert so he ordered the key lime pie. Our server brought along 2 forks so while DH ate most of it, I did take a few bites. It sits on a strawberry sauce and is topped with whipped cream plus toasted coconut, making for a tasty dessert. Dinner before the tip was $75---a nice splurge that was worth it. Ironically, we figured out that this one was the closest to us of all the Blue Ridges. So...if we want Blue Ridge again and don't feel like going far, we will return again. read more

Cleanliness is a thing, using soap and water is a thing you all need to become familiar with. Cleaning tables off with just a paper towel is disgraceful and unsanitary. Proper cleaning is essential to having a flourishing business. You all need to ensure that your staff is properly cleaning the tables, under the table, the edges of the table, the seats, the wood paneling around the table and sitting areas. And the women's restroom is despicable, completely unacceptable. Because of the uncleanliness I cannot enjoy my food and I'm leaving. read more

Very good brunch menu! My BFF ordered the French toast topped with strawberries and a side of bacon and fruit cup. I ordered a grilled cheese with tomatoes and bacon with a side salad instead of fries. I added double bacon to top it and no croutons. I really wish I would have also ordered the salad with no corn since the corn made the salad very sweet. Croutons, I get, but corn is not something I'm used to coming on side salads. If you are taking out food, it is never as good as eating in resturant. Generally, I like Blue Ridge. Often we have gotten take out and the food has been soggy before it comes only 1 mile home, probably due to their heavy duty nice containers/condensation. I would like to say on my last order I got their chicken tenders, while delicious, they come in restaurant with honey mustard. BRG was petty and went back and charged me $.54 on my cc for the sauce that should have been included in my dinner. It was not an extra sauce btw. Way to go BRG, we spent $65.00 and you couldn't include the sauce. Another example, of rediculous post covid increased costs. read more

This is one of our favorites spots, being that we live two minutes away! We love that the restaurant is full of booths inside and also has an outdoor patio, with heaters in the Winter. My husband is from Phili and is very picky with his cheesesteak egg rolls. However, we absolutely love the steak and cheese egg rolls from Blue Ridge. The jalapeño cheddar tortilla and queso dipping sauce had the perfect kick! We love the consistency and spice level of the queso. My husband and I fight over who gets the last one. The lobster bisque is creamy with great flavor and chunks of lobster. The King Street Creole Pasta was fire. It had a bit too many tomatoes for my liking, although I added jalapeños to the dish and it made up for it! I loved how thin the andouille sausage was cut as I'm not a huge fan of big chunks of meat. My all time favorite dessert is the dulce de leche chocolate cake. I'm a big fan of caramel and love that the center is filled with an abundance of thick, gooey caramel! The warm brownie melts in your mouth and is paired nicely with whipped cream and vanilla ice cream. Quick service and even better food is what keeps us coming back! read more
