two plates of food on a table

I had been to several great restaurants in the area during a mini getaway a while back, but on this night in particular I was looking for a great place to eat that was romantic. As we walked by we happen to notice this place and my ex-girlfriend looked inside and said it looked nice, but it was rather empty. The owner saw us and he ran out the door to greet us which was the only reason we decided to eat here. He is a very nice man and he is one of the best host/servers I have ever had. Now maybe it was because there was only two other couples there at the time, I don't know but I definitely appreciated it. He is Moroccan and my ex-girlfriend is from Portugal and speaks five languages so they enjoyed speaking about things in regards to Europe and such. We asked what he recommend for us to eat and we started out with the escargot and mushrooms with bread and garlic butter. I must say, it was amazing! So as we drank our red wine which was very bold and flavorful and I decided on the red snapper for me and the seafood paella for her. Now this is one of her favorite dishes so she was excited to try his after he bragged about how good his was. The food finally arrived and it looked pretty good but my the fish was filled with bones and wasn't very flavorful and the vegetables and baked potato were just okay. She didn't even finish 2/3 of her paella as she said the clams were overcooked as you can see in the picture and the risotto was actually burned to the skillet. I liked this place but the food could have been way better for the almost $160 with the tip I spent and especially when we were the last guests to eat and he had all the time in the world to prepare our meals with excellence to make sure we were served his best dishes. I will give them another try in the future when I am in the area with the expectation that my next meal is way better than the not so great ones we had on that night. I am going to give them three stars only because of the service and the escargot because the meals we had on that night were barely two stars

On holidays, there is no separate lunch and dinner price it is dinner price all day. Sounded strange when my family and I first heard about it. That price includes access to the AYCE jumbo crab legs. Mmmm. There's a great mix of food here and the quality IS good. You can pick from various Asian hot dishes, soups, and sushi rolls too. They also have cajun corn and crawfish! I love sashimi that was my favorite. Your admission includes a fountain soda and all you can consume milk tea! No, really. Milk. Tea. (As long as you don't take it to go, then you're charged $3.00 a cup I think). Check it out!

This was my first time at this all you can eat restaurant, but I enjoyed my experience. We asked to sit where there aren't a lot of people, and they were more than wiling to accommodate our request. The restaurant was clean and the staff were polite. It seems like it's busy during the week, especially during lunchtime. They do have a lot of seating. I didn't see a lot of people waiting to be seated for too long. They have a LOT of options for drinks and food. They have sushi (a variety of types!), seafood, meats, desserts, fruits, rice/noodles and other sides. If you're dining in, you can have a choice of fountain drink, coffee, water or the boba teas that they have in the fridge. It's included in the price. We went for the sushi and a lot of the seafood! It was so good! you really can't go wrong with any of the other options though. I particularly enjoyed the taro milk tea. I would definitely recommend stopping by!

We've had plenty of bad experiences with Chinese buffet seafood making us feel sick--pretty sure I'm not the only one--but that has never happened here. The food is always freshly steamed and served hot when you order. I'm not a big fan of overly salty, heavy American-style seasoning, so I really appreciate that they can prepare it without all that. Also, my daughter doesn't eat much seafood, but they're flexible and let us order something simple like a mozzarella stick for her, which is a huge plus. Yes, there's an 18% gratuity for parties of 5 or more, but it feels fair for the quality and service. The gumbo you can order on the side is amazing, and the crab legs, mussels, clams, and shrimp are all fresh and delicious. It's $58.99 per person, which isn't cheap, but definitely worth it. Highly recommend.

A bit noisy for me to hear a conversation easily. The food was excellent. I tried the seafood jambalaya with had fish, scallops shrimp and spicy sausage with Cajun seasoning over brown rice. The fish was flaky and scallops and shrimp were sweet and perfectly cooked. I appreciated that the server made sure I understood that it was going to be spicy which it was but not unbearably so (I like mildly spicy to medium spicy). I loved the spinach crab dip appetizer. It was creamy and hot and delicious. The hushpuppies, of you are a hushpuppy fan were a must order. The arrived hot and very crisp coating with a moist interior. They come with a honey butter which really put them over the top. My spice got the grilled shrimp with shoestring potatoes. The shrimp were grilled perfectly with just the right amount of seasoning. Reservations are recommended for peak service times. There plenty of parking in the back if the lot in front is full.

I liked the mussels, but the jambalaya is what Gen Z would label as mid. Not really authentic at all. Rice was plain and there was no Cajun flavor profile. I also had the cream of crab soup and that was ok. Unfortunately for them, I just had that at Fisherman's Crabdeck near Annapolis as well and that totally smashed the soup at Ragin by comparison. Our server was good though and attentive. I just wished the food was a little better.
