Went there for Easter brunch. The service was good and efficient. Unfortunately the food was very under par for a high end restaurant. The fried chicken was too salty, the Huevos Racheros was lacking in flavor, the pork was too dry. The worst was the chocolate croissant, my son usually gobbles them up took one bite and said he didn't want it anymore. Tasted it and it tasted old and weird. Not sure if we will ever be returning as this is the second time in a row that we the experience didn't meet expectations. Definitely not worth the price paid.

This was one of the few restaurant experiences that I will remember for years. The food and service were top notch and you can tell they go above and beyond for their customers. This was truly an experience and everything we ate was delicious. The kitchen gave us a few complimentary bites (not all pictured) and the atmosphere was positive. We met Aleks from the kitchen and he seemed genuinely happy to be there and serious about the craft. Great attentive staff at this place

Me and my wife came to "Ahso" on Monday, 5/20/25 for a date night. We've been meaning to try this place for years so we booked a reservation for 5:30 PM. Walked in and the host promptly seated us by the windows. The place was empty aside from some ladies having cocktails at the bar and a manager on a laptop at the other end of the bar. Small, cozy, and bright the ambiance seemed perfect for date night. The server Heather was friendly enough and attentive and gave a excellent description of the items we ordered. My wife ordered the 4-course tasting menu and I opted for the "Pork Rillettes" appetizer and "Grilled NY Striploin." The dishes came out with immaculate presentation and picture worthy. Pros: The server was efficient and friendly The restaurant was clean. Easy parking The manager did check on us Fantasic wine selection Deserts were great! Family owned and operated! Cons: Maybe we came on an off day but I did not enjoy the steak. I'll give them another shot or order something else.

Our first time at Ahso and really enjoyed the experience! The restaurant was hot but they turned on a fan which helped. Our server Bruno was really great, friendly and helpful. We ordered a la carte family style to try as many dishes as possible. Apparently the menu can change daily! Most of the dishes were delicious, with the tom kha mussels being the highlight. Whoever is salting the vegetables is too heavy handed - the kimchi in the short rib starter and cauliflower in the snapper dish were way too salty. The snapper was a bit dry as well. Aside from that, everything was delicious. Appreciate the birthday acknowledgement and birthday brioche bread pudding! We definitely want to go back to try the brunch!

I have visited this location two times: a Saturday evening and Saturday morning. The ambiance was quite different during both visits. Saturday evening, it was packed and they have great lighting to set the mood. Saturday morning, it wasn't busy at all, maybe 4 parties were there in the 4 hours we dined. Their menu constantly changes, I believe it is a weekly basis. Service is exceptional at the restaurant. My second visit was with Hailey, who was very attentive and friendly. For the Saturday evening visit, I ordered the the Lamb shoulder Roulade with the Barrel Aged O.G., both were just AMAZING. We ordered a Charcuterie and cheese board to share as well. For the Saturday menu, they offered two options: a Prix Fixe menu and the regular menu. We chose the Prix Fixe option, which included the following for $36/person: a tray of assorted baked goods, yogurt & fruit, home fries and one entree (we chose the Hanger Steak & Eggs). This was just phenomenal food for this price! The chef prepared my steak exactly as requested, well done. The only one thing I didn't care for was the amount of salt on everything, I would order my food to either be unsalted or lightly salted next time. The restaurant is located across from the library, at the corner of the shopping mall. There are some parking spots in the front...for those who know how to parallel park! Otherwise, there is a parking garage around the corner.

Came here for lunch, a party of 4. Service was friendly and the food was solid. I ordered a salad and my husband ordered the burger.

A pretty good restaurant for the price point! Started off with the Raspberry "No"jito and it was very tasty and refreshing - was trying not to down it all at once! The burrata mozzarella was pretty good too with the crunchy bread and beet. The veal chop was great too, with a good savory flavour and cooked well. The veggies that go with it complimented well. Although, I didn't necessarily think the cream spinach dish that came with it goes along with the veal, but it is rather tasty on its own. Overall a good restaurant to have a nice time at. My only complaint is that I was seated right in front of the door so the cold wind kept blowing in and I was cold! Staff was pretty attentive too but there were sometimes they left before I could finish what I was saying.

Amazing food and exceptional service in a modern hip environment. Awesome cocktails and desert as well.

I hope our waiter sees this and knows how awesome he was!

Are kids allowed? I have a 4 and 1 yr old.

Yes but there aren't many kids there typically around that age at dinner time. We did see a few who sat outside but they were a bit older.

I am unable to tell what the informal dress code is. Are the majority of people here wearing business casual type clothes, or slightly more dressed down in jeans?

Hi Nikki! It's pretty broad here-- some people choose to dress nice, especially if they are celebrating something, but the majority are comfortable in jeans. No one ever feels out of place! Hope to see you soon!!… Read more

Service is fast, even when they're busy, and the servers are always friendly and attentive. There's plenty of seating, but it does get busy, so I'd recommend making a reservation to avoid a wait. I rate restaurants within their category and concept. I am not comparing a neighborhood breakfast…read morespot to a Michelin star dining experience. If a place consistently delivers tasty food, solid execution, and keeps you wanting to come back, that earns a top rating from me. Ted's Bulletin absolutely does that. We have been to the One Loudoun location several times for breakfast, and it is consistently a great experience. That kind of consistency matters, especially for breakfast service where some places can be hit or miss. One of our favorites has been the huevos rancheros. They serve it on tostadas, which gives the dish a great crispy base and a really satisfying texture. It is flavorful, hearty, and always hits the spot. We have also had their homemade tater tots, and they are excellent. Nicely fried, crisp on the outside, soft inside, and clearly done with care rather than feeling like an afterthought side dish. Their French toast is another strong option and always enjoyable. If you are in the mood for something sweeter, it is a very solid choice. We have also tried the breakfast cinnamon roll. It is definitely generous in size. It is decent and worth trying, but it can be a lot, which is probably why we only order it occasionally. For the kids, the hot chocolate is always a favorite and something they genuinely look forward to each visit. Overall, Ted's Bulletin continues to deliver tasty breakfast food, dependable quality, and a family friendly experience that keeps us coming back. Easy 5 stars from me.

I went with the club sandwich--perfectly fine, but about as memorable as a meeting that could've been an email. Nothing wrong with it, just nothing that would ever bring me back for round two. The fries, on the other hand, showed up crispy and confident... easily the highlight of the plate. There are plenty of solid lunch options in the area, and in hindsight, I probably should've explored one of them instead. I did spot a grilled cheese that looked great walking by--but let's be honest, grilled cheese always looks like it has its life together. It wasn't crowded, service was fine, and nothing was outright bad--it just didn't deliver the kind of experience I've come to expect from Ted's. If I return, it'll be for breakfast, where they seem to know exactly what they're doing.

The outdoor patio is fantastic with view of the foothills of western Loudoun county. I have been trying to love this place since it first opened as the franchised "Boston's". It was a local pub for a while and now is owned by a local restaurant group that i like. Everything should be great here all the ingredients are in place. A great location, caring, curating local ownership, well built out space. But the prices are -*WAYYY. TOO HIGH*- for what it is. Do the owners know what they are serving and what else is here?? For the cost of this bill I can go to Clyde's right up the street. All-American Steakhouse and Ashburn Pub offer similar quality experience with local ownership and quality at significantly lower prices. This place doesn't even bring me bread before my meal (unless I ask for it? I shouldn't have to!). The service is adequate, the food is good, but not at the prices they ask. My son got a TINY basket of fries for -$8-. We had to drive through McDonalds on the way home. I can walk to this pub and I have been trying to love it for so many years. The location should be PERFECT for a little local eatery like the Ashburn Pub or All-American Steakhouse. I keep coming back wanting it to be better, but alas I will not return, at least under this management.
