Both times I have had great experiences and the staff were so nice and accommodating. Service was pretty quick. Once was a nighttime flight and another was a morning flight. Luckily I didnt have to wait either time. It has really nice decor and an additional upper level with seating. For the most part it is quiet and a nice lounge to relax in preflight. They have a small buffet with food oprions ans an additional menu where you can order some specialized food dishes. I don't fly out of Dulles often but when I do I definitely plan to take advantage this lounge.
