The hookah was easily the worst I've had in a decade; the chai was terrible and shouldn't have been marketed as chai. The furniture was in terrible condition and the staff had a bad attitude. One of the best hookah bars in the DMV area. I've been to this hookah bar twice now and each time I've gone their hookah and service has been exceptionally good! They have a great selection of tobacco including Al-Fakher's special edition. I was surprised with how cheap their hookah is, it's about $15 per hookah. The decorations are nice, the area is clean, the service is great, and the atmosphere in general is cozy and relaxing. Their milkshakes are a MUST! By far the richest milkshake I've ever had! Our usual spot was closed during the day so we saw Vapor Cafe was open. Gave this place a shot and man the shisha was great. The hookah lasted the two of us about 2 hours or more. Still great flavor and great consistent coal change. The service was good here. I see that a lot of people come here for the free WiFi and use their computers. This is a very chill hookah spot then most. Not a place where it's loud and almost like a party hookah scene. No alcohol. read more

It has a very relax atmosphere which makes it the perfect place to work/study. They space itself is narrow but does not feel cramped. They have four flat screen TVs and enough seating space to accommodate 80 people. Their menu offers 5 different hookah brands - I usually smoke Fumari White Gummy Bear and Mint or Al-Fakher Lemon Mint. They have a wide selection of drinks: Tea, Coffee, Lattes, Cappuccinos, Milkshakes, Protein Shakes, and Bottled Drinks. The protein and milkshakes are delicious! Definitely one of the better hookah places I have visited in the DMV area. For a Wednesday night it was pretty crowded and yet, we were seated in under a minute from walking in the door. The gentleman who greeted us was nice and welcoming. The hookah is good, wish they'd offer fruit heads. I dislike quick light coals but, that's a personal preference. Looks like a proper place for grown ups as opposed to some hookah bars that have zero ambiance. Highly recommend the oreo and nutella milkshake, which seems to be the most popular. I ordered something new, it was not bad. The shisha hits well and I could tell it was made properly, but I wasn't a fan of the actual flavor. My friends kept telling me about their milkshakes which is why I went. I had the Nutella milkshake, it was so good. It was served in a cute cup with a cute straw-aesthetically pleasing. The actual place was nicely designed and chill. Soft music. Most of the people there were just studying or doing something on their laptops. Not a hookah guy, which is why I gave only four stars as opposed to five. So here's my rather limited review: The shakes. Oh My God, the shakes. I had the oreo shake and it tasted like heaven on earth. The perfect proportion of whipped cream to blended oreos and ice cream, with two whole oreos on top! The thing was practically a meal, and if I could visit again (it's a bit out of my way personally), I totally would just for the shakes. I can't rank the hookah because smoking isn't my thing, so 5 stars for the shakes. Minus 1 star because the place seriously needs some ventilation. I understand most smokers don't care, but most of the decent hookah spots at least ventilate and filter the air to make the environment tolerable for non-smokers, but I understand that this might not be the target audience for Vapor Cafe and I won't hold it against them for more than that one point. 4 stars. read more
