Cairo is a gem. It's very simple and basic - just inexpensive hookah and a simple beverage menu. FYI- They do not serve alcohol. TVs adorn the walls and there are lots of blocked off couches that are perfect for small groups looking for an intimate setting. We had a couple of hot teas and tried two hookahs. We loved that it wasn't loud so we could actually talk in a laid back environment. The tea with mint and cream was fantastic. The owner is super attentive and quick with service. The hookah is great, smooth, cold and easy inhale, drinks are fair for its location, the tea is brewed and not Lipton, cappuccino is above medium, pricing is good. For 1 hookah with refill, 2 cappuccino, 1 tea and 3 chocolate bars ended up with 34 USD, which is fair. Seating is comfortable with study mode atmosphere, low contemporary music. The only thing annoyed me that there was an old man smoking cigarettes (4 stars for that). Location is hidden and you need GPS to find it. Plenty of parking space. Lot of electrical outlet. Free Wi-Fi that speed around 54 Mb download. No food but you can bring your own and no diet coke. I was there off peak hours on Saturday. The good thing it will stay open till 4 am. Will I go back? This is the best hookah bar in the area! The owner is pleasant and kind. The hookah is the cheapest I've seen! $11.99 plus $1.50 for the disposable hose, all shown on the menu prior to ordering. No hidden restrictions such as forcing you to buy drinks. If there are additional charges, they are reasonable and posted on the door before entering such as for a big boxing fight night that will be displayed on the big screen tvs. It has a chill, relaxing environment. My favorite hookah bar in the area. The hookah is always good, pulls nicely etc . No extra cost for additional coals. No extra cost for disposable hose ( which you get wrapped). No extra cost for using the hose with the attachment for ice. And I believe there's no extra cost to put ice in the base. The place is open until 2pm on most days and open until 4 on Friday's and Saturday's. Music is always good, lights are dim at night , and there's plenty of seating . The decor might not be as fancy as some other places but that's not even a concern of mine because of the kindness of the owner and exquisite quality of the hookah. Last couple things- You can bring in food, but you can't bring in drinks, but no worries , there's a fridge full of options from water to juices to soda . There's WiFi so you'll see a lot of people coming in with their laptops or iPads doing work or whatever. read more

Buying a drink is expected but they don't serve alcohol (yet?) so you can buy a bottle of water or soda for pretty cheap. You get a brand new premium Khalil Mamoon hookah WITH an ice hose for a better price than any other average, basic hookah in the area. You can create your own mixes without an extra charge. Honestly I love this place. I have been to my fair share of hookah bars and out of all of them this one is in my top 3! I make the 30 min commute from the Tysons area just to come here to enjoy some good company and some good hookah, which is always made perfectly by the owner who is the sweetest man. The menu is not too large nor pricey and outside food is welcome!
