Haze Hookah is a no-frills lounge with a very simple setup. Their menu consist of just hookah and non-alcoholic drinks - I would not recommend if you're looking for a bite, because there's no food. It's not a high-energy spot - there was no music playing, and at one point, someone dropped their hookah and the entire place went silent. The vibe leans more to a mature crowd, with a mix of solo guests on laptops and small groups chatting. That said, the seating is pretty tight and lack of music and background noise makes it easy to overhear everyone's conversations. While there are four TVs inside, none were turned on during the visit. Instead, a few guests were playing music off their phones. Since it's no-frills, service is fast, but there's only one server, so don't expect much in the way of follow-up or table service. There's no mobile or table checkout - slightly inconvenient, especially with how tightly the tables are packed. You have to walk to the back to pay . Hookahs are placed on the floor, making it a bit of a struggle to get out if you're seated in the booths. They carry three main hookah brands, with various flavors , and drink prices are affordable, typically ranging from $2 to $3.50. -Al Fakher -Starbuzz -Adalya The lounge is located in a small, well-lit strip near Moda Café and a Tex-Mex grill. Cool hookah lounge, simple, and inexpensive. Their Happy Hour hookah goes for $12 from 12pm to 5pm, but you have to add $2 for the disposable hose, and $2 for coal. Great hookah indeed. Service was pretty good. The hookah guy was awesome & knowledgeable. They do make you wait a bit for service e.g. to order, get your check etc... not necessarily cause they're lazy or inept, it's just a super mellow vibe & employees kind of hang out here too. The drinks were good. The games were entertaining. Place was spotless. Bathroom was very clean. The hard benches don't lend themselves to extended time sitting & the Tru TV on every channel got old after a bit but it was def a lovely night & we'll be back. I have come here a few times now with friends and am continually disappointed with the the service. Pros: free WiFi for working, assortment of flavors, unlimited coals, TVs and smoothies Cons: waitress resistant to serve waters, rude staff, will it check on coals or patrons throughout the time. Came in on a Thursday evening around 5. The place was a little "busy" - 6 tables with people. We sat outside as we weren't hookah-ing and just wanted some smoothies. Unfortunately, it took forever to get served and get our drinks. That being said, we chose to sit outside knowing it was busy and the smoothies themselves were delicious (one mango and one chai) so overall the experience was ok! The hookah selection is the best in NOVA as well as the quality. It's surprising how low key this place is. They're the only location that has Tangiers which is arguably the best kind of tobacco available. Prices are very fair. The mango milkshake is very good. On top of that amazing customer service from our waitress Destiny. To top it all off, they supply you with board games. Such a chill spot to get work done and socialize. Service: 10/10 - I frequent Haze often, and I've always had a great experience here. In terms of the service, I've never had any complaints. Every now and then, there will only be one person working and a large rush of people come in, so things may take some time coming out of the kitchen, but that happens very infrequently. Great tasting hookah and awesome cappuccino! Prices are very reasonable and you're able to watch the tv's without anything blocking your view. Outdoor seating available in warmer climates according to manager. Very good ventilation system so you don't have to sit in a cloud of smoke. All in all, great place, perfect location! My better half and I are regulars since we moved into the area and I have to say that I have never been disappointed with the quality and consistency of the hookah because it has been phenomenal each time. As a creature of habit I always go for the gum mint flavor but occasionally mint on it's own; another one is their paan mint because it really hits the spot. Best hookah bar in chantilly. The environment is very chill and laid back. The drink selection is nice with cups or pots of tea, coffee, shots of espresso, hot chocloate, protein shakes, and soda. The place is well lit and the furniture is all wood (padded seats). For hookah they sell Al Fakher, Starbuzz, Fumari, Nakhla, and they do sell disposable hoses for $1.50.
