I would also get recommendations based on what I like and get a mix of a couple different flavors that most of the times went VERY well together. The service is phenomenal and the hospitality is amazing. I learned to love different kinda of music, but sometimes we would even get german music played for us. The music wasn't overly loud, there was lots of natural light coming in, and the food had decent flavor and spice levels. Also, the place was clean, we were provided sealed hookah tips, and food presentation was nice. One point I will recommend is that the manager should hire folks who can communicate properly, and have the proper understanding of menu items: my friend is gluten-free and was curious as to whether the tortillas used for the tacos were flour or corn. He didn't understand the term gluten and didn't know what type of tortilla was used. I emailed a few days ahead to inquire about this too but never got a response. We went with the white peach hookah, which was really nice and not over powering. I appreciated that the staff informed us that the circle charcoals make more smoke than the regular cubes, and we were fine with the regular charcoal, it was sufficient. My friend got the masala chai, Afghan burger, which was more like a flatbread wrap (the green chutney that came with this was so good, tangy and spicy!), and I ordered the mango mint mocktail and spicy chicken pesto panini, which had great flavor, and the fries that came with it were alright. The waiter did come to check on us a couple times, which was nice bc most hookah lounges in the area don't really have servers who check on you: once they're brought your stuff they disappear and you have to flag someone down for attention. Also, they charge a service fee of 18% on all checks regardless of party size. Easy to find parking, and they have a bathroom although I can't speak on cleanliness since I didnt use it. I live a bit far, but if I'm in the area I'd stop by again.

It seemed that there was maybe 2 servers, and no hands in the back to prepare hookahs so the servers would have to take the time to do both take orders and prep hookahs. Also, it seemed as if there were either close friends or employees who were off the clock that would walk to the back and prep themselves hookahs which then caused for more traffic for the 2 only servers to work around. It took almost 20minutes to have our server take our order, then another 20minutes to actually receive our order and finally 20minutes to get our check paid for with card. The hookah itself was only "okay," I'm certain that the packing of the shisha could be significantly better because i've been smoking and prepping my own hookahs for over a decade now. I will say that the selection of shisha is pretty basic, but if you just want a place to sit and chill and aren't too picky about flavor, this lounge should suffice. On the receipt, the pizzas are listed as $0.00, but then the cost is broken up into "pizza size" and "toppings" in small print. This is clearly a tactic to hide the actual price and confuse customers. To make things worse, they automatically added an 18% service charge without telling us -- it wasn't on the menu, and nobody mentioned it when we ordered. In the end, we were charged nearly $100 for a mediocre meal and hookah that was absolutely not worth the price. This kind of pricing system feels deliberately misleading, and the staff made no effort to explain anything. Transparency? Zero. Customer respect? Zero.
