Contacted Toby this morning about having my front door locks changed and could not have been happier with the results. I asked Toby what the safest possible lock system would be, he told me and was very clear about why this system was the best...he wanted me to understand why he was making this reco. I appreciated this. He was also happy to answer all of my questions, which I also appreciated. It was especially cool that he found a way to come out and do the installations the same day and kept me posted throughout the day on when he'd arrive. Once he got here, he showed me the locks and made sure what he'd told me about them earlier in the day made sense. Then he got started on the installation and showed me how the locks worked as he installed them. The whole thing was maybe 45 minutes and before he left he tested every key in each of the two locks to make sure they worked. He even insisted on cleaning up the sawdust on the floor himself. I tried calling someone else for a quote and all they did was subcontract the work out to someone else, who then called me back with a higher quote. So picture this: I purchase an Ultraloq KeyPad from Amazon only to find out it won't work on my door. I call up about 10 Locksmiths and all of them tell me it's the wrong KeyPad and obviously they all want me to purchase a new one from them.Biggest nightmare for anyone in this situation. So here flies in Falcon Locksmith. Just like the other Locksmiths they confirm the KeyPad is wrong but unlike the others they Offer to customize KeyPad to fit the door. This was serious work.
