We had an amazing experience with Greg! He was timely, professional, thorough and kind. He was extremely responsive and followed up with us to troubleshoot the issue we were having. He got to the bottom of a longstanding issue we were having with the door at our business. We are so grateful! Highly, highly recommend! read more

Recommend them 100%! They were prompt and came up with the solution within 15 minutes of arrival. I can't believe I wasted so much money previously on two other lock smiths around the area only for those locksmiths to give me a temporary fix. Definitely going to this company from now on whenever I need service with my lock! Thank you Greg and team! read more

Excellent service, straightforward estimate based on my photo of the lock that needed replacing and definitely best price out of all the locksmiths I contacted. Arrived exactly on time, did a beautiful job. Highly recommended. read more

Excellent customer service, reasonable pricing. Highly recommend. We had a smart lock installed and retrofitted to work with a mul-t-lock key. Everything works and looks great. Fast and efficient and clean. Also very friendly. read more

Showed up on time, was courteous, and did a good quality job for a reasonable rate. I recommend him.

LockeyTech service was of high quality and value. The tech, his name was Greg, he was very efficient and did excellent work. Additionally, he was very compassionate and patient with handling our eviction process that took longer than expected on that day. The work done with changing of locks was superb and very professional. Our other tenants felt even more secure with the new locks. We thank you and will be using your services again for any future lock issues. read more

it's very difficult to find respectful and expert locksmiths in NYC and sometimes when you reach out to a highly reviewed company on yelp, they'll send you someone they dispatch and the quality of work you get is based on your luck, but not with Greg at LocKey. We got in touch because I consulted him about what kind of smart lock I should install. He was very detailed and honest in how he advised me. I was able to order the right lock and he came and installed it, figuring out solutions for my door, and did a smooth, quick and clean job. Highly recommend their quality of work and glad I found them. read more

I was unable to lock my front door. Lock Key arrived quickly and diagnosed and remedied the problem in short order. By replacing the lock with a new part and using part of the old lock they were able to save me a some on the original cost estimate. I would highly recommend. read more

I was in need of a locksmith to install two smart locks in my house. These locks were mortise locks and the doors needed to be retrofitted. I called several other locksmiths and no one wanted to help. The one quote I got was very high. I was very fortunate to find these guys. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional and gave me a fair price. He showed up on time and stayed late to finish the job. Don't hesitate to call these guys of you are in need of a locksmith. Especially if you have smart lock or European mortise locks. No one will give a better price or service. read more

Very nice, quick response! I got locked out of my apartment Greg was able to pick the locks in 15 minutes. There was no damage or need to replace anything. Very transparent about pricing. Great job, I hope I don't have to call him again :p read more

Greg did a great job installing a smart lock on our metal door. His cuts into the door were highly precise and the lock was installed perfectly. Highly recommend. read more

They were communicative from the beginning. I asked for a quote on yelp for a lockout and I heard back immediately. The locksmith texted soon after and was able to get me into my place. The price they quoted was market rate, he asked for ID to make sure I belonged at my place. Locksmith Greg even asked questions and gave suggestions for my smart lock. It was a bummer of a night that got solved within about an hour start to finish. read more

Although they arrived quickly / on time, pricing for picking the lock of my door when I was locked out was a total scam. Told me it was $125 on the phone and then charged me $260 after less than 2 minutes to unlock the door because it was a "complicated lock." Made no sense whatsoever. Be aware of this / expect to pay more. read more

Our new front door kept auto-locking us out after every time we locked it. It was a feature of the lock we did not want. Greg was able to come, evaluate the lock, order the new lock and replace it in a timely fashion. I would recommend him and his crew. read more

Rich had come by. He is super nice, on-time, professional and solved all of my problems, highly recommend Rich!!

Needed an emergency repair and they got back to me immediately via Yelp Quote, talked to them on the phone minutes later, and they had Greg there to me in about an hour. Repair took no time at all and the price was very fair. Would absolutely recommend them. read more

Greg is a professional through and through and it was inspiring to see how he obviously takes great pride in his craft as a master locksmith! We had him replace all of the locks in our home and even two smart locks that required special engineering to enable a high security cylinder swap into the regular smart lock cylinder for us to maintain the same key. Since we had a smart lock preference because of the color/finish, he ordered the lock and took on the challenge to assess if he can pull off the engineering prior to confirming our full scope - and he was able to do it! In addition, while he was installing our locks, he learned that behind one of our locks were additional holes previously drilled by old owner onto the mounting surface which made the new lock ordered aesthetically subpar. He informed us and offered to order a new lock that would cover the holes and came back on a second trip to finish the job. It is rare to find someone who is as thoughtful and dedicated both to his customers and his craft as Greg - I love my locks and recommend him with 0 reservations! read more

Finally getting to end this saga of the broken terrace door! After almost a year of multiple locksmiths coming and attempting to fix the lock with no success, I decided to reach back out to LocKeyTech to see if they would fix it. They were so great, they picked up right where we left off and they even remembered when we first reached out to them. They were very communicative and ensured we had all the information we needed. They were able to find the appropriate part and walked us through how to fix everything completely and provided us with options. The best part of this experience was that they offered a cheaper and safe option for fixing the lock. I appreciate that so much. They were prompt on the day of the repair and did a great job with it. I would definitely recommend them. read more

Gregorio's phone number was on a sticker on my mailbox when my key broke inside the mailbox. I called and he came the same afternoon (in the pouring rain). Rich and Greg were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I explained to Rich that part of our key had gotten stuck in our door and would no longer lock. He was able to find time for Greg to squeeze me in that morning. Greg arrived on time and was up front about the cost of labor (which was reasonable) and got the lock fixed. Later on in the day when I realized there was an issue with how the lock was functioning from the other side of the door, I called Greg to let him know. He returned that same day at no extra charge and took his time to figure out the issue and fix it without having to replace part of the lock (and thus charge more). I so appreciated his honesty and persistence. I for sure would use this company again if needed! read more

I reached out to LocKeyTech for a quote for replacing the lock on my condo and garage door. Greg came out the same day to give a quote, offered good suggestions, and were really helpful considering we had a more complex mortise lock on the condo. They were very responsive, came back a couple weeks later after I found a great mortise smart lock, and installed it professionally and quickly as well as updated the lock to the garage door. Would definitely recommend working with them. read more
