Super prompt and professional. Fair pricing in an emergency situation. Highly recommend

Roman was prompt, diagnosed the issue immediately, and gave us a quote within minutes. He not only replaced the handle and lock, but kept the cylinder so we didn't have to cut new keys. He showed us why the newer mechanism is more robust and replaced it so quickly and was super kind and patient with our questions. Highly recommend! read more

After a scary "jiggle-and-wiggle" by a stranger on our front door, we freaked out... Roman from Undersky Locksmith showed up SAME DAY and fixed everything with lightning speed, elite skills, and exceptional value. But honestly? The best part was how wildly kind, calm, and reassuring he was when my anxiety levels were through the roof. If you ever need a trustworthy locksmith, this is the absolute best call you can make. Saved his number for any future emergencies. read more

Roman at UnderSky Locksmith was fantastic. He responded immediately, was knowledgeable, and was able to evaluate the issue right on the phone. He came to install shortly afterward, did a great job, and his pricing was very reasonable. He has a fantastic attitude and clearly knows his business inside and out. He was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I was so impressed that I recommended him to my super, the super in the building next door, and even a neighbor who also had the same great impression after using him for a lock change. Highly recommend! read more

Roman (the locksmith business owner) came within a half hour since he happened to be in the neighborhood. He replaced the mailbox lock so fast, if you blink you missed it. The price was very reasonable and Roman is very personable. ALSO, we have prior experience, in which roman did much more extensive work, for a relative. On that job also, he did awesome work at a reasonable price. You definitely absolutely positively cannot go wrong with Undersky. Gotta love it!! read more

I highly recommend Roman. He is a wonderful locksmith. I am a repeat customer, and I feel fortunate to have discovered Undersky Locksmith a couple years ago. I recently called to have a lock fixed after I got locked out. I wasn't disappointed calling on Undersky Locksmith again. From the time he took to explain (and show) the fixes needed, to the testing of the lock once the work was complete, Roman has been consistently fair, generous with knowledge and kind. He delivers timely, high quality service, valued at a fair price. The call was for the lock, and he literally left my entire door better than he found it. This is a locksmith you can trust. Thank you again Roman. read more

I met Roman through a friend when she needed help with her lock in the middle of the night. I was so impressed with how quickly he arrived and how neatly he handled the situation. He did such an amazing job and charged an incredibly fair price, especially considering the late hour. It was clear from the start that his work comes from the heart. After seeing how he helped my friend, I knew I had to call him to change my own locks. Roman made the process super easy--he asked for a quick picture of my door, showed up completely prepared, and even brought all the tools needed for any scenario. My door was a bit wonky and wouldn't really close unless you slammed it, but Roman went above and beyond and fixed that, too, even though it wasn't part of the job. I used him again yesterday for my screen door which again was weird and didn't shut easily. Not only did he fix my knob but he addressed the door issue. His work looks fantastic and, more importantly, is completely functional. If you need someone reliable, thorough, and genuinely kind, Roman is the best of the best. Highly recommend! read more

Roman is an incredible locksmith. Great communicator, prompt, knowledgeable and fairly priced services. If I could give him MORE than FIVE STARS i would. He was recommended to me by my neighbor and close friend in Ditmas Park in early March 2025 when we closed on our house. I told him about our needs for three different doors on our 1908 house which needed a combination of new locks and keypads for three doors. He sent me links for keypad lock purchases and installed them within 24 hours of their arrival. A few days ago, we noticed that the hardware was no longer functioning on one of the locks and it was hard to lock the door. I texted him and within 10 minutes he showed up at my door (he lives nearby) and pointed out that someone had taken a crowbar to our door! He immediately repaired the hardware and resecured the hardware with additional screws. He pointed out that the long screws he had used to secure the lock weeks before kept an intruder from entering! Add to this, he didn't even charge us for fixing the lock. I will never call another locksmith. Roman is our guy for all of our locksmith needs. Thank you Roman! read more

I actually thought that I had left Roman a review a long time ago. Roman really helped me out in a pinch in September 2022. Wow three years ago! The handle to my front door was completely stripped. If my front door closed there was no getting in or out. Roman made it to my place in less than an hour on the weekend and replaced the entire handle/latch/lock in less than 30 minutes. It was an incredible relief to have the job completed and to be able to rest easy and enjoy my weekend. I actually had to go back through my records to find him. Glad I did! read more

Roman is amazing! Super responsive, easy to work with, clear, and HONEST. I am a real estate broker and work with MANY locksmiths and contractors day to day. I don't always leave reviews, but this is my special review. I accidentally locked my apartment and couldn't open the door. I was in a panic because I was cooking dinner and frying food on the stove, I was very worried about the food not burning and causing a fire. I wanted to somehow open the door myself, but I just ruined everything. Neighbors recommended finding a locksmith to open the door. I found Roman, chose him. He came to me very quickly and saved me and dinner ) I was very grateful to him! He installed a new lock for me and I had no more problems. I was also impressed that the price of his work was not high compared to other locksmith. Now I will always choose Roman. I recommend him, he is the best in his field. read more
