Broke immediately after fix, no refund or attempt to resolve issues. Top Level replaced two locks, on my front and vestibule doors, for $500. A year later, no one can get in the building. I reached out with a video and they quoted me $150 per lock to replace the cylinders they installed. They tried claiming the "keys were bad." What's more likely, 6 keys wore out at the same time? Or the lock they installed is broken? I can't say whether it was faulty equipment or poor installation services, but Top Level refused to even look at the issue without charging $150. Time to find a new locksmith. read more

Comically bad work. Actually made my door worse in the process. Drilled holes they didn't need to drill. Accidentally flipped around the knob and lock--and didn't change it until I pointed out that every other condo on in my building and on my block has them a certain way. At first, he tried to leave it like this, until I pushed back. Then he tried to charge me extra money to buy a new lock system. Once I pointed out that the knob should go on top and the lock on the bottom, he fixed it. But even then, it doesn't lock. Then I was told "It's my door." Wish I had never hired them, and I'd avoid them if you can. It's unfortunate because they seem nice, but the work itself leaves a lot to be desired. Alex and his team are very speedy and very reliable. The first time I called them was in 2020, during the height of the pandemic, and they came through at midnight to help me. It was a very difficult job, it took them about 30 minutes since it was a very weirdly angled deadbolt, but we were very lucky that they managed to get it done without needing to break anything. I was looking at local locksmith to come and replace two of my locks with higher security ones and some other small fixes.
