Toby from Falcon Locksmith is the best; if I could give 10 stars I would! My tenant returned home from holiday last night and when she attempted to open the door the cylinder spinned until it came out of the lock. I found Falcon on Yelp and requested a quote; Toby responded in less than 2 mins. I sent him a pic of the lock and he sent me a quote right back. Toby was able to get to the apt in about 20 mins and get my tenant in the door. He called and gave me the options of either replacing the cylinder or the entire lock; I asked if replacing the cylinder would fix the issue and he advised that he would put in a new cylinder to see how the lock performs. I told Toby if the cylinder didn't fix the issue we would just replace the entire lock. We got off the phone and not long after I received a call advising the work was completed and the cylinder replacement worked, which saved me approximately $150. Toby didn't try to take advantage of the situation and force a new lock on me like some other locksmith's would have, he was honest and did what was needed to resolve the issue.
