Toby from Falcon Locksmith is the best; if I could give 10 stars I would! My tenant returned home from holiday last night and when she attempted to open the door the cylinder spinned until it came out of the lock. I found Falcon on Yelp and requested a quote; Toby responded in less than 2 mins. I sent him a pic of the lock and he sent me a quote right back. Toby was able to get to the apt in about 20 mins and get my tenant in the door. He called and gave me the options of either replacing the cylinder or the entire lock; I asked if replacing the cylinder would fix the issue and he advised that he would put in a new cylinder to see how the lock performs. I told Toby if the cylinder didn't fix the issue we would just replace the entire lock. We got off the phone and not long after I received a call advising the work was completed and the cylinder replacement worked, which saved me approximately $150. Toby didn't try to take advantage of the situation and force a new lock on me like some other locksmith's would have, he was honest and did what was needed to resolve the issue. Toby is a man of integrity and I appreciate that, especially in the times we are currently in where everyone is a scammer. I will definitely call on Toby again if the need arises! read more

I had my safe key stolen from me, so that meant having to hire a locksmith to break into my safe. I tried calling several different spots, and the minute I said "safe", most said "Oh, sorry, we don't work with safes," almost immediately. I was just about to give up when I called Toby. He was hard to hear at first (the phone connection was awful), but we ended up texting (which was way easier). He came the next day and made quick work. So fast that I wondered what the point of having a safe is, if someone can break into it in under 15 mins (sigh). I'm just glad he was able to come the next day and he was a professional.
