I've hired various flat screen TV installers over the years and some were downright horrible not…read moreeven knowing which brackets to use for the various sized flatscreen TV's out there. Others don't know how to find the stud in the wall or which kind of anchors to use etc. FINALLY I found the best in the business. In the last year, I hired Andrey to install 3 TV's in my apartment (one 65" and two 55" sets. I could tell right away when someone is intelligent, knows their business and is honest. I've been around NYC all my life. I then hired him to install safety bars in the two showers in my apartment. AGAIN. Perfect workmanship. More recently I hired Andrey to install six more TV's in my home. Two 65" sets, two 55" sets and two 43' sets. Some articulating, some not. Two are angled down from high up on the walls. PERFECT . In the house, he just installed two heavy mirrors tonight. PERFECT, and in this house, just like in my apartment, he installed 4 safety bath and shower bars like he did in my apartment. I have had a TON of work done on my home and apartment in the last year or so and I have to watch every single thing they do. Fortunately I know how things should be done. Andrey is the FIRST person I hired where I do NOT have to watch over him while he does the job. If you are looking for someone to do ANY kind of TV installation, don't even bother. I saved you the trip. Aside from being honest, intelligent and doing great work, he's a really nice guy. You will NOT be disappointed. He's the BEST.

The process went like this: 1) Very clear initial communication. Kevin made sure that everything would be ready to go when he arrived to do the job so that he is not wasting his or your time and money. 2) Was not sure what to get but Kevin provided a clear shopping list of materials needed that were easy to procure... I believe the only thing I did have to begin with was the projector which we bought before contacting him. 3) Day of install Kevin showed up and worked quickly and efficiently (with great vibe too!), to get everything done. Was impressed with how clean he was able to make everything look because we had to run some cables for audio etc... over a pretty significant amount of wall space. Was definitely happy to have hired Kevin for the job because the resulting setup worked and looked great. If I had attempted to do this myself I'm sure it would have been a mess. Would highly recommend for your work/home theater systems/projectors setup!

He also went over operation instructions for the new TV since I also added a sound bar. I would have never figured it out on my own. Andre was very professional. I needed help (i) mounting 2 TV's, (ii) routing wires from tv's into closets, (iii) connecting built in speakers which were here when I moved in, to my TVs, (iv) setting up a receiver for the speakers, (v) setting up Apple Play for my built in speakers In terms of price, Sherman quoted me on the project (vs hourly like some others do) which was definitely more economical and great to know exactly what you're in for. The existing wire system in my apartment was old so it took a long time for Sherman to work around and with the existing wire system but did so without complaint. He also came back 3 additional times after the initial installation just to adjust some minor issues (which wasn't his fault) and addressed all of them in a timely manner. He made sure that the job was completed - comprehensively. He won't let an issue go unresolved and he will make sure you're happy with the outcome. Couldn't be happier with his work and I would recommend him to anyone that's looking for AV work at home.

I had requested a flat screen TV mount for a 70" TV with in-wall wire concealment. After some discussion, Rob advised that we should do relocation of the power outlet behind the TV mount to remain fire code friendly, so we had them complete that work as well, & it was done very well. Rob & team were effective & I ended up opting to have more work done in the house including terminating CAT6 ethernet drops throughout the home & Rob was able to test, tone, & punch down all the CAT6 drops without issue. They also did cable management of one of the CAT6 drops to my TV mount location with discreet wire covers adhered to the wall. All told, everything came out looking neat & clean, was zip-tied professionally & all the cable terminations appear to be properly done as well. Will DEFINITELY go back to Rob's Installations in the future for all my TV mounting and/or home networking needs. Strongly recommended
