He took the bed on Saturday and he was done by Monday-but thanks to my crazy schedule I couldn't get it delivered until Friday. It was no problem for Richard...He is polite and friendly. and neat...he brought my bed downstairs and even helped me put my boxspring and mattress on the bed. He had to take the banister out he was neat and clean and then on top of it put everything back into order. And when he was running a little late he was kind enough to let me know well in advance. The bed looks perfect and I have somewhere to sleep tonight :) Call him...he is the best.

I visited a few high end retail stores where they sell equipment and do installations. I also did a fair amount of researching picking out components. Marks price was very fair and he reviewed my picks and advised where I could save money without losing quality. 4 flat screens, AV receiver, sound bar, blu ray, Apple TV and universal remote were installed. Everything looks and sounds great without any wires showing. Since the job was completed a few month back I've had some questions and follow up. I've been very satisfied that Mark either picks up the phone or calls me right back to answer questions or resolve a minor issue.

He came back to do the work and spent an entire day working in our office. LeeShawn is a very easygoing and professional IT guy. I strongly recommend hiring him if you need help configuring your own VOIP, wall-mounting a TV, installing a sound system or security cameras, etc.

The existing wire system in my apartment was old so it took a long time for Sherman to work around and with the existing wire system but did so without complaint. He also came back 3 additional times after the initial installation just to adjust some minor issues (which wasn't his fault) and addressed all of them in a timely manner. He made sure that the job was completed - comprehensively. He won't let an issue go unresolved and he will make sure you're happy with the outcome. The job was perfect and I delayed this review so I could see how the work fared over time and I'm happy to say that everything is still perfect after a couple of months.
