Toby is friendly and has provided me with great communication and feedback. His services are fare as far as pricing and turnaround is fast. He's help explain questions that I didn't understand for better comprehension and I loved that! He performed his duties exactly as I asked including recommendation, couldn't have picked a better person nearby. Thanks Toby! read more

Very friendly and knowledgeable for those of us who know nothing about locks except for how to open them. He even fixed an unrelated issue with my lock setup that had been an issue for years. read more

Toby is responsive and professional. He has completed the job quickly and efficiently. I definitely recommend him. Thank you!

Falcon is an excellent locksmith that's definitely worth checking out. I've used them twice so far, and both times Toby was able to come to the house soon after we called him, and he was transparent about the pricing before he started working on my locks. Before I found this company, it was really hard to find a reliable locksmith in BK who will come by same-day and won't completely rip you off. Toby is an excellent locksmith -- the lock he replaced a few months ago are still going strong. And he's great at diagnosing and resolving a problem. For example, my front gate was sticking and I thought it was the lock, but Toby took the time to show me that it was actually a problem with the gate itself. He trimmed down the metal gate (for free) which resolved the issue. There are many other locksmiths in this city that would've up-sold me on a new lock with the promise that the door wouldn't stick anymore. I really appreciate that Toby didn't do that and that he actually fixed the door. We have a lot of doors and they're all super old, so I'll definitely be a repeat customer! read more

Toby is the best! Found him through Yelp and he came by on super short notice. He was polite, knowledgeable, thoughtful and professional. I highly recommend him!!!!! Thank you, Toby!!!!! read more

Toby replaced the doorknobs and locks on our doors shortly after moving in. Toby was punctual, responsive, and got the job done quickly / efficiently. Highly recommend! read more

Believe the reviews. Toby is fantastic. I gave him a call and he showed up just hours later, fixed my problem in no time at all. I couldn't have asked for more. THANK YOU TOBY!!! read more

I've used this company twice for lock services, and each time Toby has provided excellent service and professionalism. They don't overcharge and Tony makes sure to listen and work with you to achieve exactly what you're seeking (he also doesn't complain--at least externally--if you live at the top of a steep walk up, bless his heart). He even came last minute one evening when I found myself locked out and charged me a relatively decent cost, considering it was 9PM. Would highly recommend Toby and this company. read more

Extremely fast, efficient locksmith & a really nice guy. I called at around 1pm on a Thursday. He came over literally 10 minutes after I called, let me into my apartment (I'd lost my keys), changed the lock for me, and gave me 2 master keys. The whole repair took maybe 15-20 minutes. Would definitely recommend. read more

Toby was efficient and very professional. He came on short notice and completed the job in no time. I will definitely recommend him.

Very professional, reasonable priced and friendly service. Our building's sprinkler room was locked and no one had the key. Toby got the door open and gave me different options for the next steps. I highly recommend them read more

Just moved into a new place and wanted to be sure to get it re-keyed ASAP. I saw Toby's reviews and gave him a call. He answered right away giving me a quote and letting me know he could be there day after tomorrow. However, the next day, when I texted him to confirm our time, he let me know he could do the service that day if I wanted, which was even better for me! He came over, rekeyed my door quickly and showed me how to the work the lock correctly. He was friendly and welcomed me to NY as well. I cannot recommend Toby enough. Incredibly prompt, professional, helpful and kind. His quote was spot on, no additional charges. read more

Toby is simply amazing. He is responsive, technically skilled and an absolute professional. There are a lot of shady characters who market themselves as qualified locksmiths (trust me, I know). I'll never make that mistake again. Falcon will always be my first call, and will be recommended to my family and friends if needed. read more

Locksmith came when I needed him to and provided exactly the service I needed at a very reasonable price. The locksmith was wearing his mask for the duration of the job he did while he was in my home which was very much appreciated during these COVID times. He even went above and beyond and fixed a slight misalignment on my door, making it easier to open and close. Awesome! read more

I am so glad we found this locksmith!! Toby is truly amazing. He is super courteous, patient and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help us remedy an issue with our outside door buzzer latch and hinge system. Totally recommend using his services!! No need to look elsewhere! read more

Toby was very responsive- quick and kept in touch about when he would be arriving. He was very fast and got me into my apartment. Nice guy and talkative which helped calm me down in a very stressful situation. I was locked out of my apartment. He had some great technique which meant I didn't have to get all new keys!! read more

Great service and fast. We needed a handful of locks changed on a new house and Tobey walked us through all options and helped us save a few bucks that we didn't need to spend. He also helped troubleshoot an unexpected problem with one lock and worked it out expertly. Highly recommend. read more

Finally a reliable business that takes pride and responsibility for their work. Our old locks jammed and made it nearly impossible to open the doors. When this locksmith came he repaired the damage, replaced the locks and did a complete and thorough job. Will definitely call on this company again. read more

I recently needed my two front door locks changed. Neither was working right, and I had had many problems throughout the years with them. Toby responded really quickly to my yelp request. I was able to speak with him immediately. After explaining my situation, he told me why I kept having problems with them. He offered the solution and told me the exact price. He came the next day right on time and replaced both of my locks. He was very professional and friendly. I could tell he really cared about doing the job. He was also a joy to talk with and an overall amazing person. I would definitely recommend him and without a doubt would use him again if the need arose. read more

Toby is the absolute best. My son was mugged walking home in Brooklyn. They took his keys and ID. It was incredibly scary and stressful. Toby picked up on the first call. Scheduled to get the locks changed super fast around my son's class schedule. His price was very fair and he got everything replaced and working. Most importantly he actually showed concern and bent over backwards to help us out. That is really hard to find. Could not give a higher recommendation. read more

Toby was amazing. Friendly, polite, professional, competent, was up front about cost and went above and beyond to fix up peripheral issues like tightening the door hinges and grinding down part of the door frame to help it lock smoothly, without charging extra. He's a young entrepreneur who clearly cares about his business, and a super nice dude too. Would recommend to anyone. read more

Tobby at Falcon was amazing! He's an awesome guy, he arrived in the timeframe he said which was something like 45 mins (nyc traffic). He quoted me a fair price on the phone and honored it and didn't up charge me. Tobby fixed my lock within 30 mins or less I believe and it works and looks great!! I would definitely recommend he's a stand up guy with great work ethic and very honest!! read more

I needed to have a lock replaced and saw all the 5-star reviews, so I thought I'd give Toby a try. Those reviews did not lie! He was prompt, responsive, thorough, efficient, and very nice. The price I paid was exactly what he had quoted me, and it was a great value. Plus, for no additional charge, he gave the screws around the door frame the once-over, just to make sure everything was tight; now, on top of having the new lock I needed, my door opens more smoothly than it ever has. Toby went above and beyond! I highly recommend Falcon Locksmith. read more

Contacted Toby because he had great reviews. 100% deserved. Needed a deadbolt installed, Toby came the next day and was super friendly, quick, and professional. Would definitely recommend and will contact again if I need a locksmith. read more

Toby had hands down the best prices for the work. He was fast, efficient and professional. He's my new go-to locksmith, I'll only use him for all my home needs. Thanks, Toby! read more

Toby is fantastic to work with, and I highly recommend Falcon Locksmith. Toby installed a top lock in my apartment in Stuytown/Peter Cooper Village. He is highly skilled professional, and demonstrates honesty and integrity . While I initially expressed interest in a Medico lock, Toby explained key differences between the Medico and Multi-lock installation, along with his reason for recommending Multi-lock. He even suggested comparing costs amongst competitors (I was not in any rush,) explaining that he perceived possible hidden costs as possible explanation for the range of quotes I had received. He is very low key in his approach (no hard sell,) and only quoted one flat price for the Multi-Lock installation, which included (2) Multi-Lock keys. After doing more research, I opted to work with Toby. He communicated with me every step of the way, including letting me know when he was running late. He is courteous, polite, and works very neatly. At my request he provided me with an invoice, which included a warranty for 3 months from date of top lock installation. All in all, I recommend Falcon Locksmith without any hesitation! read more

Amazing service. The front door of our condo had problems shutting on slam. Falcon came within an hour - fixed the problem and offered to come back free if it happens again. Unfortunately due to the sudden abrupt cold, we had further issues and he came within 20 min. Fixed the problem with no hassle at all. We will definitely be calling them again for any issues in our apartment or building. Thank you! read more

Toby is a lifesaver. I accidentally locked myself out of my apartment and my landlord wasn't answering. It was 11:40PM when I called, and he answered right away. Was able to get to my apartment in 15 minutes, was super helpful and tried his very best. Other tenants in my building complain about locksmiths breaking our locks just to charge more, but Toby tried his very best to avoid breaking my lock. With some extra love & talented effort he totally did it!!! Lock was safe, and I am able to sleep in my own bed tonight. Toby is the only person I trust if I am ever in a similar jam. Thank you Toby! read more

The FASTEST locksmith to pick my lock and got me in I like the other guys I had before that had to drill my lock! Arrived within 20 mins and got me in the house within FIVE MINUTES! No drilling, no trash, no mess, no jokes and no exaggeration! Wish I got them last time so I didn't have to replace my lock read more

Toby was responsive and quick to come out to address our issue. I was able to text him a picture and video of the door and he came prepared with the right tools and equipment. He even upgraded a part for us at no extra charge. I would absolutely use Toby and Falcon again in the future. read more

Saved by Falcon Locksmith! After the disaster we created "playing locksmith" to remove a broken key and the lock itself, we called Falcon Locksmith. The lock was stuck in the door and we had to tape it so that we would not get locked in or locked out. Very scary!!! Thank goodness for Falcon Locksmith! Toby was able to remove the stuck lock and fit our door for the new one. He diligently worked on the adjustments to the door which took quite a while. He wanted to make sure everything was done properly and that the new lock's housing sat correctly inside its cut-out in the door. His precision paid off. We had been locked out a few times with the old lock, which had been repaired with a part here and a part there. Since we're sure that the lock was from the 1950s, we are happy that a "new fashioned" lock was able to be installed in our co-op apartment door without visible changes on the public side of the door. Toby is prompt, professional, friendly and answered all of my questions. We called him and we were able to get same day service. Thank you Toby for restoring our safety. Looking forward to a peaceful night sleep. We recommend Falcon Locksmith 100%!! read more

Great service. Toby came within minutes and got it all resolved fast. All you need, quick and easy.

If there was an option to give more stars I would! Incredibly satisfied with Toby's service. He is a top notch professional, responsive to texts, was flexible and accommodating with his schedule. We hired him for a key change request and he went above and beyond in helping. Our key type ended up being different from our original request but he was able to swiftly resolve on the spot. He is very transparent about the costs (standard vs high security, cash vs cc payment) which was helpful as well. Highly recommend his service to anyone and everyone! read more

The lock to the main entrance of my building broke early in the morning. I have never had to call a locksmith before so I took to Yelp for a recommendation, and luckily, I found Toby. He was 100 percent professional: he responded quickly, kept me abreast of when I could expect him, took the time to explain the problem, and walked me through proper maintenance, tips and best practices. I highly recommend Toby! I can't stress this enough. read more

Toby was great. We made an appointment to meet to solve an issue I had with a broken door latch, and he showed up exactly on time. Unfortunately, the issue turned out to be more complicated than initially anticipated and it was not able to be resolved (through no fault of Toby), and he did not charge me for that time spent, which I greatly appreciated. read more

Hired Toby to install a latch guard plate and replace a lock bolt for a lobby door. From one small business owner to another - Toby, you rock! Text you with a key emergency, you text immediately back, asking how you can help. I bought a smart lock for my front door a few weeks ago and needed a locksmith to install it since it required new holes in the door. I requested a quote from a few locksmiths. Toby's price was comparable, he was more responsive than the other locksmiths and he was willing to stop by to take a look even though there was a chance that the lock wouldn't fit my door. Of course when he came by he figured out that the lock wouldnt work. I ordered a new smart deadbolt which got delivered a few weeks later. Toby came by an hour after I messaged him and was able to install the new smart deadbolt on my metal door (even though it was made for wood doors). He also installed another deadbolt on my basement door. Both locks work like a charm and Toby's responsiveness and customer service was A1. read more

We needed new locks for our front apartment door, and Falcon Locksmith responded promptly, worked quickly and cleanly, and was overall a pleasure to work with. When the lock he installed became loose a few months later, he was able to come the same day and fixed it at no charge. We really appreciated that he stood by his work, and he even followed up later on to make sure that everything was still working smoothly. Highly recommend working with him! read more
