I had a broken key in one lock in my front door, and my other lock was stripped in my back door, leaving me locked out last week! I sent a message on yelp here looking for a locksmith. Falcon came with many, many high recommendations. Toby answered within minutes. A few minutes after that he called me and explained in detail how we recommended we proceed. With a half hour he was here at my house. He told me he didn't mind me keeping him company as he worked, as I didn't want him to feel I was hovering over him. Hhe chatted with me about this, that and everything while he diligently worked on the locks, showed me the parts he was changing and took the trash with him.
