We came today to get our stuff out of storage and everything was full of rat droppings and unmentionables. It was awful. Our professional movers were appalled. They have seen nothing like it. We had no food at all in the storage and all of our furniture was wrapped professionally. But rats still found a way in. I'm 100% sure there's rats throughout the storage units around us. Leaving some pics here for your reference but trust me, there's so much more. Don't leave your things here. ** UPDATE ** They called me and offered me a refund if I take down this review. Basically bribing me to keep my mouth shut about this place. That's how you know these people are NOT for their customers. The nerve!

This time, i decided to mail them from the post office themself, and guess what?! They all received the invitations. I dont believe in coincidence. i believe postal annex lost my invitations. Their reliability and ease of setting up the packing and move when I was not even able to be present and the timing was truly helpful. It was more expensive than I had ever paid for movers, even without the packing, and that's honestly why I could not give them full 5 stars. As a military member going through an honorable discharge to help my family in crisis while already injured myself, I had to empty out my own savings and my children's I had saved up over a 9-month deployment in the combat zone to move back to my family when they needed my help, not even sure if I could then provide for them. So while I really thank them for the job they did, I never financially recovered from that and I do ask Rock Movers to consider the vets or military members in San Diego and to complete a weight estimate for them to be reimbursed.
