This is my first time using storage and I didn't have to haggle. I didn't have to double check on charges or deal with any drama! In fact, Paige called to let me know that my account was not on auto pay (I thought I had set it up but that was something else). I was so happy she called!! After that it was plug and play. I ended up doing the unit longer and when I came out I was half expecting to maybe have some type of issue with maybe bugs or you know just regular stuff it was inside and air-conditioned but I figured there's gonna be some thing you know since it has been so many months. Everything was great for him as far as what I can tell if anything changes I will come back and update. This was one of the most positive experiences not only from calling around other places, but pricing, location and cleanliness. The biggest and most impressive part was when they cut the lock for me because I had left the keys in another state. They were able to give me a very good price for the extra work and I was incredibly grateful rather than having to call a locksmith! Dana is amazing! I absolutely love these three ladies! Great work! They didn't wrap multiple items chipped 2 dressers, dining room table, dining chairs, threw couch cushions into the back of the truck (damaged leather) and took 6 hours! When trying to get a hold of managment they ignored text, emails, and voicemails. Finally admitted they never used the movers they assigned that day. They did send someone out to fix items but was not the same. Very unprofessional will not use again.

Terrible. 4 guys, 2 trucks, only 1 guy cared. There was lots of damage. Moved into brand new…read morehouse, they dropped the treadmill on the hard wood floor, lots of damage to flooring, tracked mud on to cream carpets, grease from workout equipment on cream carpet, walls damaged, refrigerator and washer damaged. Did not ask were to put things and put things in wrong rooms , did not take their wrapping off of furniture, etc. Filed a claim and they don't care either. Would recommend you find another moving company. this one is absolutely terrible. Do not recommend.

The day that I moved, we were moving from apartment building 3 to apartment building 2. I was pregnant at the time so my ability to do things like lift boxes or move. Furniture was extremely limited. Even though it was not Sunday, they have a very specific policy about Sunday moving, but was in the middle of the week. I was given a quote stating that it's a minimum of five hours to move my belongings. I opted to go with this company because I had heard a lot of good things through the grapevine so you have to imagine my disappointment. When not only did they slow down to meet that five hour minimum that was falsely quoted. But a good number of my items were damaged. I was asked by one of the representatives to leave a good review after I spoke with them about the damages and the concerns that I had about this particular company and how my items retreated, and how moving from apartment on one side of the complex to the other side of the complex was more expensive than moving from North Richland Hills, Texas to The Colony, Texas. They asked me to leave a good review because the person who had set up my case was due for a annual review or a merit review of some kind or bonus review of some kind and a bad review would have hurt them in that. I opted to just not leave a review. In addition to all of that, I was told that the owner/manager of this particular branch of two men and a truck moving was going to reach out to me. I specifically said that I needed him to reach out to me at my cell phone after 4 PM central time. Something that every single other person that I spoke to was able to do. Not only did that manager wait to call me for months, but he called me in the middle of my workday. I explained that I couldn't talk now and I would need to have him call me back after 4 PM central time I never heard from them again. In short, I wouldn't really recommend this company. Being given a quote related to hourly pricing, and then being quoted that I would have to pay minimum of five hours when that is only their policy on Sundays. It left a really bad taste in my mouth and has made me really research and try to find better moving companies because this is the second miss that I have had with suggested/recommended companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Wow what great service from Metro Moving Company. We just moved from a 4 bedroom into a 5 bedroom…read moreand had a 75 mile journey and these folks did an awesome and efficient job to say the least. Marco worked with me over the phone and discussed all the variables involved in detail and explained the process and fees associated. The prices were extremely fair and confirmed the move. On the day before the move Marco once again confirmed the move and on the morning of the move they called to advise us they were on their way. They arrived on time and brought the larger truck as I had ordered since we have extra "stuff" with all my children. We had boxed everything ahead of time and had most of it in garage but not all. They had the garage loaded in about 20 minutes. I was amazed at how quickly and delicately they got our washer and dryer from upstairs down to the truck. Everything was loaded in under 2 hours as Marco had suggested in the quote. The movers made it to the new house without incident and were quick actually beating us in our cars. They got everything moved into the new house without any issues and couldn't have been nicer and more efficient. They wrapped the items needing it and taped up drawers etc... I'm sorry I do not remember the names of the crew that did the move but they busted their butts with all our "stuff" and handled everything as promised... thank you Marco and your staff!! We will use them in the future and I highly recommend them after our experience.

They had one young guy named ARMANDO and two old men and one with a handicap. The young one in charge ARMANDO has the biggest attitude problem and wanted to argue with me and make smart remarks. He has an issue because I called and complained about his attitude to the office, so he further displayed one. His attitude changed once he saw there was men around and that I was a female on her own. After I complained, the office kindly stopped answering the phone. Save your money and go some place else because a normal 5 hour at most move and my previous movers did it in 4 hours moving from a house to the 3rd floor apartment has taken 7 hours. DON'T DO IT!!! I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH POOR ATTITUDE WHEN I'M PAYING FOR A SERVICE!!!! AGAIN DON'T USE THEM AND SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE, BEING DISRESPECTED AND A LOT OF MONEY!!!!!!!!!'
