No office hours posted. No one in the office. Gate code assigned didn't work. Bluetooth access did…read morenot work either. There's an intercom button that goes to no one. Called the office and no answer, doesn't even forward to a call center. Called their toll free number and was on hold forever. When someone finally answered the connection was filled with static and I could barely understand this person. He had me enter a temp code and mumbled something about talking to IT. By the time I got him to answer if that code would be on my app the gate closed and I was stuck again. Had to wait for a customer coming in so that could make a quick exit while the gate was open. No updated gate code on the app. Do better, Public Storage. This is the worst first day to get things done. Update: called customer service again as the app still does not have an updated code. Was told to wait 72 hours for an updated code. Seriously??!? Advised rep that is unacceptable and rep said best she could do was call to see if property manager was on site. Since no one answered she said she could book an appointment for tomorrow for someone to meet me there. What could improve? EVERYTHING.

Did my reservation online...arrived at 350pm on Saturday to locked doors. Office hours show Sat…read morethey close at 5. Left messages, no call back. Thankfully I had a lock from when I previously moved, and am to be able to get a refund in the office. How can I get that if NO ONE IS THERE????....I was able to access gates due to the app, but cannot access my unit. I RECEIVED NO ASSISTANCE AND NO CALL BACK. Says they're open on Sunday as well....let's see if I get any assistance. Definitely not happy with this location. Loaded up my car for NOTHING UPDATE ON REVIEW: Received a call PROMPTLY at 930AM from Renata who apologized for the inconvenience as she was not the working employee on Saturday. She was very understanding and even helped me with opening my storage. Her customer service was what I used to! I would come back in a heartbeat to be assisted by her
