When I found out what happened, she first said U-Haul screwed up and she'd look into it. Now, she keeps saying she's going to refund the money and even said she sent a check. Nope, never got it. Avoid this place. You just never know if they're going to overcharge your credit card and you'll be out of the area to do anything about it. Their BBB ratings are bad, too. And she wouldn't respond to my complaint through them. Avoid.

The reason got that 3 star is that they increased our rent every few months. It got to the point where rent was more expensive than my first mortgage! I just think there are less expensive better value storage places with the same level of security and cleanliness. We left when they gave us yet another price increase notice!
