So, I had trouble getting into the unit. The code provided to access the elevator doors didn't work. No one was physically on the property to assist me. I stood there for an entire hour trying to figure out how to access the building. I spoke to customer service, who said they could refund my booking and book me at another property that costed me more money. I was told I would be paying the same price, but I would have to wait until the refund was processed to get all the same discounts I originally had. Spole to a woman who said she was over the location, she apologized, and said she would process the refund. I was told to wait 24 hours, but I still didn't receive a refund. I called back, and she said she had to talk to her manager to process the refund, and it would be checked out the same day, which was the 4th of that morning. She never canceled my booking; she only moved my dates to December 31, 2025. I don't know why. I spoke to customer service again, and they said the refund would be processed, but I was told to wait 24 hours. Nobody knows what they are talking about. read more

I have had a storage unit with this facility since the early 2000's. I recently tried to close my account with them and thought I had done so, two months later, I received a collections notice for those two months. I have tried repeatedly to contact someone on the two 800 numbers given for customer service but cannot reach anyone. I have left several messages on the direct number for the facility, only to be ignored by Krystal. I would never recommend anyone to store your possessions with this location. There is never anyone in the office to take care of business. I closed my account because my unit was broken into multiple times within a 6 month period. Rent at your own peril. read more

I was miss informed by the person that signed me up (via phone) because no one was in office during work hours.... I was told that I could get refunded for the lock that I didn't want to pay for because I had provided my own when I vacate the storage unit. So when I tried, they said the system didn't allow any refunds after 30 days. I vacated on the 4th of the month and when I requested for a prorate reimbursement, that was also declined... I have rented on Denton Dr for over 10 years. I pay ever increasing charges. not they manager/owner/? has threatened and not sent notice I'm closed out. For many months due to my date of income, my payment went in on 18th of month prior. in other words, paid for the new month. suddenly, barrage of fines and so on and statements of much earlier date in prior month. I can pay--even unreasonable fine, but not until my social security check comes in about 15th-18th. I have now borrowed, sent all payments but EECU shows delivery still to be the 18th. a out $1000 or so considering 2checks. I'm being forced to find owner, renting person--to see how they can advertise all those cheap 'first rents' and yet lock up storage and raise fees of long steady renter. Very poor customer service. We needed two units and after doing all the reservations and getting charged, we received the email confirmation for only one unit. We called back and the manager of the facility told us that the other unit, the bigger one, that we really needed, was only available for "walk-ins." Kind of hard since we are making the reservation from California. By the way, the unit was available on the website, but all of a sudden, it wasn't. When we tried to cancel all this mess, we still got charged. We never moved in, and never got what we requested. We found another place that is more professional and GUARANTEES that the unit WILL be available when we get to Texas. read more

It gets hot in here and I'm on the first floor. Plus the door to open it so complicated you have to press two numbers then another 2 at the same time. The first time it took me 20 minutes open the door I literally gave up and called for the lady Vicky who came back but it was just so inconvenient I never had that problem. where my storage unit is I can't even bring the cart up to because of the stairs that is right near it so it wasn't convenient caring all my items from my car to that storage unit. read more

Kristina was the best! I arrived around 9:15AM thinking that they opened at 9:00AM. She arrived about 5 minutes later and went inside. I went to the door when the clock on my car turned 9:31AM but her clock said 9:27AM, she let me in and was very polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Quinn and Vicki, where are you? You are the reason why I would not ever rent from another Public Storage (and I like the fact that the location is close to my home). In my history of renting from PS, today was the worse experience ever. Unfortunately, I cannot give anything less than one star. I am not sure about Nicole, but Desirae needs MUCH training before being turned a loose to deal with customers. It is apparent that she has no real clue about what is going on and the people skills are out of the window; in her defense, she may be doing the best with what she has. As I stated, I have history with PS. Quinn and Vicki had me spoiled. They were both VERY thorough in handling this business. After today's experience (I wish I felt like typing the story), I pray that I NEVER have to rent storage space again. read more

Not only is this facility convenient for me, but the staff is very helpful too. Misti was able to get me in on a short amount of time, very promptly; and she was all smiles the whole way! She showed me the property and showed me to my storage unit, and as well as escorted me to the elevator and showed me where I could find a cart. It was an easy process, and I'm grateful for the convenient location! I was also able to purchase a lock and insured my property all on site. read more
