I personally have not had any problems with this facility. Well maybe just one. Whenever I first rented my unit, it said it was air conditioned unit, but now my unit is no longer air conditioned. So anytime I go to it It is Extremely HOTT now!! So that's a major let down ... But besides that it's been a good storage facility. And now if you pay the extra Fee you can have 24 hr access which has helped me out a few times. So I definitely would recommend this Facility!!!! read more

On this morning I had an appointment to meet with the property manager once again and once again it was a no show., this is twice within one week. No call no nothing. I had a scheduled appointment with the manager last Saturday at one before my move in date to discuss hanging wires but to no avail didn't show up. I complained and was told I would be given $25 credit and had to reschedule. PS wasn't willing to be inconvenienced so I opted to take an appointment this morning and reminding them that I would be driving far for this meeting and that my gas, and time was important. They assured me that the manager would show. I'm beyond pissed and convinced that there is no management at the 1601 E Beltline Rd Coppell TX and that it is 100 percent virtual. I want my money back and I want to relocate somewhere else. Oh I might also add on my fourth day in this storage, I no longer have access to my storage as the storage next to me was vandalized and now my unit won't open and is stuck. It's been a few days now and nothing! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! RUN FROM PS. NOT WORTH IT! I REGRET RENTING HERE. Convenience is not always worth it. read more

DON'T DO IT!! Only store your stuff here if you don't need to see it! Since Denise and Alicia have left, we can RARELY GET IN to our unit due to the elevators ALWAYS (literally) being down! On top of that, the front office is HARDLY EVER open to let us into the stairs either. We've been paying over $300/month for years and are rarely EVER able to get to OUR STUFF! We'll be moving our stuff elsewhere! read more

Cassie was amazing ! I tried finding my unit but got lost. she was so helpful in finding my unit, helping me choose boxes and purchasing supplies. i got the unit at a discount online ! Super cheap and insurance was free for the first month read more

Denise, Denise Denise! If you're not working with her, you probably won't get what you're wanting :). I had a slight snafu for my move in at Public Storage... apparently a customer decided to take my unit and didn't tell anyone and locked it up. Denise hustled back to the office and figured out a solution and found me a better unit! On day of move-out, I was fortunate enough to get Denise again and the process of moving out was easier than moving in! Great service, great place to store things. I have already told 2 people to go here to store their stuff. Thank you Public Storage and more importantly thank you Denise! read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.Been with them for close to 5 years. Moved to a different location with no offers or specials.

Great service and clean property. We Feel safe at the property. Everett is friendly and helpful in the office.

Nobody In Office , Had To Find A Different Way In Cause I Kept Getting Denied And Nobody Even Call Me Back Terrible

The ease of access and time saver is awesome. I was able to do everything online. We immediately emptied the truck without any delays. I really appreciate the attention to detail that made my move great. Thank you Public Storage!!! read more

be careful what you agree to even if you verbally confirm the unit may not be what you paid for. unresponsive.

So far so good.. Good value and Everett was very helpful. The unit was nice and clean and all the info and lock was in the unit which was great. I did everything online which was nice because it was a unexpected move due to the snow storm. read more

Everett was fantastic! He walked me through the rental process and explained everything professionally and courteously.

My brother and I went into this Public Storage this afternoon to switch the storage unit my brother rented into my name and Everett helped us do this. He was super efficient and knowledgeable and it only took about 10 minutes for the entire process. I highly recommend this facility for anyone who needs a friendly face and super helpful staff! read more

Professional service and clean facility- access hours could be a little longer but overall great storage facility.

Beware...do not store anything of value here. There have been at least three break ins in the last month, including my own unit. To make matters worse the video cameras didn't show any evidence of the stolen items being removed. Sounds a little fishy to me. On top of that, don't expect any cooperation or compensation from management...they say they are not liable, even though their security "measures" are inadequate but they promote the property at time of rental as secure and properly protected. read more

Everette was professional and explained the lease effectively. He was also very kind and friendly to my 19 month old son, Kai. Thank you for your excellent customer service! read more

We recently went to this Public Storage on Walnut hill in Irving since we are moving in July. My husband checked several other storage units and decided on this one. We wanted to go look at the size of the space before renting to ensure it was big enough. We found out it was cheaper to reserve the space on-line so I mentioned it to Denise-the employee on duty. She was wonderful! I had left my cell phone at home because the battery was charging-Denise went on-line for us and reserved the space to get the cheaper rate and so we didn't have to go all the way back home. she provided excellent customer service! read more

I came in to rent a storage unit and worked with Alicia... She was very helpful and attentive. She also did well with multitasking with helping other customers(taking payments) while setting me up for a months rent. We had a discrepancy with what I was told on the phone (move out date/price) and in store but she was able to clear it up and make a happy customer. She's defiantly went above and beyond to make it work out and not cancel my reservation. Thanks Alicia you made it a great experience. read more

Alicia and Laryssa, two associates working together in harmony provided a pleasing visit for me. Following a dentist appointment (yes, dentist appointment), these two young ladies provided the most impeccable customer service anyone could ask for. Even though they could not provide what I was looking for, they helped with information. They made my day and it was a pleasure experiencing their smiles, humor and good nature. Thanks again Alicia and Laryssa!! read more
