I recently spoke with Desiree when cancelling my unit and she was awesome. She walked me through the whole process and didn't try to nickel and dime us on move out. She was friendly and had such a great attitude. I would 100% use this facility again over all others if I moved back to the Irving/Dallas area.

I had a scheduled appointment with the manager last Saturday at one before my move in date to discuss hanging wires but to no avail didn't show up. I complained and was told I would be given $25 credit and had to reschedule. PS wasn't willing to be inconvenienced so I opted to take an appointment this morning and reminding them that I would be driving far for this meeting and that my gas, and time was important. They assured me that the manager would show. I'm beyond pissed and convinced that there is no management at the 1601 E Beltline Rd Coppell TX and that it is 100 percent virtual. I want my money back and I want to relocate somewhere else. Oh I might also add on my fourth day in this storage, I no longer have access to my storage as the storage next to me was vandalized and now my unit won't open and is stuck. If that location calls you back, they have no information and refer you to the district manager. His job is to get you off the phone as quickly as possible. I have had the lock cut off erroneously, the door to my unit damaged, the door to the bank of units damaged and unavailable, the gate to the entire storage facility inoperable and, well, I think that is it. Around last week for several days the building elevator was not working due to some electrical problem and I never complained and waited until it is fixed. Today when I was loading my stuff into the elevator and so kept the door open for less than two minutes a lady from a community approached and asked to close the door. I told her that I need minimal time to load the stuff into the lift before closing the door but she was adamant and went to the office to complain about me. By that time I came one level up and unloaded the stuff. After sometime a lady (seems the security) of the same community approached me and told me that I should not keep the elevator door open. I told her that this is required naturally to load and upload your stuff but she said I have to use a push cart (that I did not have that time) and threatened me to terminate my lease if I do not comply. I decided to walk away to avoid sush biased behavior.
