So I went to the office and rang the door bell no one answered so I rang the bell on the apartment that is attached to the office also no answer then I called and left a message, so then I went to the apartment located at the back of property and I knocked very lightly Assistant manager came to door I ask if she could tell me why I'm overlooked she was very rude when she told me I didn't pay my bill, I then told her that is wrong I paid Friday asked her if she could call the Manager she then told me I would have to take that up with Christina and that she wasn't fucking calling anybody for me, then her dog came running after me like it was going to bite me and I told the dog to get away from my then Sherry told me fuck off mother fucker and to get the fuck away from her door and that she wasn't helping me with shit, so I walked back to my space and got in my car entered my code and left the property sent another text message and an email to the property in Broadway Blvd, Garland Tx.

There's no mysterious fees during the move in and the lock is complimentary. Also access is 24 hours a day with no surprises like codes changing out of nowhere. Not trying to slam the others but it's nothing like "snatch & grab" places like Public Storage or Extra Space Storage with extremely high turnover rates for auctions. Canceled immediately. 100% a bait and switch. I am looking on their website now, and that same size storage unit is being marketed for $44. Clearly there are way too many games with pricing so I would highly advise to stay away and find another local storage if you plan to be there longer than a month or two.

When we moved out on a Sunday, even though the office was closed, Leina once again helped in keeping the automatic doors open and proactively offered to let our movers use the office bathroom, even though it was closed. I didn't know I could be so happy with the service of self-storage facility, but Leina went above and beyond every step of the way and made one part of a stressful situation significantly less stressful. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and the pricing was extreme transparent and fair.

The big reason I chose to go with this facility is they easily offered one of the best rates for storage units in the Dallas area. The staff here was very friendly and was always willing to help where they could. The app to get in and out of the Public Storage area and make payments is very useful as well. My only issues with this location had to do with my rate increasing after 6 months. Something I never felt I was made aware of. Also, there was a little what looked like rat feces when I went to move out in the corner of my unit. The movers were the ones to originally make myself aware, but never saw any damage to my own belongings in the end. I will also say when I initially moved in, the locking mechanism wasn't working, but the staff made sure to fix it immediately later that day once it was pointed out. All in all, I'd definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a storage unit at a great rate in the Dallas area!

Now they have codes on the doors which is way better than having to go to the office for a key to get into the hallway where my small unit is located. They also implemented a code to get out of the place which is annoying but I know it's for security. In the past they helped any way they could for me to get the key...I have a regular job so them closing at 6 wasn't convenient but they would wait an extra 5 minutes so I can get there to get the key. This place is the best bang for your buck (I drive almost 20 minutes just to get here). It's not in the safest neighborhood so I don't recommend going at night or do what I do & take your handgun with you & keep it on your person at all times. I usually make my husband go with me cuz even though he's a scrawny lil thing, it's still an extra pair of eyes! When you rent a unit it probably won't be swept clean so bring a broom if u care. All my units were dirty. No biggie for me, just a quick sweep.
