All around wonderful experience. We needed temporary storage when our new house wasn't ready. Leina was extremely helpful and assisted us in getting a 2nd unit across the hall last minute when all our stuff didn't fit in one unit. When we moved out on a Sunday, even though the office was closed, Leina once again helped in keeping the automatic doors open and proactively offered to let our movers use the office bathroom, even though it was closed. I didn't know I could be so happy with the service of self-storage facility, but Leina went above and beyond every step of the way and made one part of a stressful situation significantly less stressful. My family had a storage unit for my mother when she moved out of her house. The facility is clean and has easy access to the units. There is a security code to access the door to the units, which gives you additional comfort knowing your belongings are safe and secure. Above and beyond support from Jazmin and Dylan. Jazmin intervened with a very dishonest mover (Alexander from West Coast Relocation System Inc) who desperately tried to rip me off with distance moved, loading dock and elevator.. All bogus. Jasmin stepped in, held her ground, reported back to me with photos and stayed until move was completed after business hours. Amazing service. And Theo whole place is clean, organized and new. Reasons I feel the experience was not up to par: 1) I was told it was okay to have movers at facility to move in at 9:00am, when we arrived the facility was close and did not open until 9:30am. (This was a weekday) 2) This was on April 2nd and I still have not received a call from the district manager to discuss event. (I have called 4 times requesting contact with the manager and I have never spoken with him) 3) I found out after 3 months of having my 1st garage at this location that Amex offers reward dollars for using credit card to pay storage costs here. When I asked the staff about it they were not knowledgeable about promotions offered. Basically, I missed out on $120 in Amex rewards thus far and had to pay movers $81 extra to wait for facility to open to move in to my 2nd rented unit. I'm not excited about this experience, however I have had great experiences in the past with another facility (Maple Street location). The toughest part of having issues with a storage facility is that all of your personal items are in the unit, which really makes a person vulnerable. You definitely need to trust the company you are hiring to store your important items. It's sad to me that no follow up has been made by the district manager. Rented a unit and was placed in the basement- Over Thanksgiving, get a call that I might want to come look at my unit that it might be flooded. I get there, almost a foot of water in most of the basement! Nobody there trying to fix or correct. Finally get in touch with a manager and she says- Oh yeah it has happened many times! The bldg floods all the time. I pull all my things out and luckily the only thing ruined was my King size mattress and box springs. I asked them to take care of and they said they are not responsible!! read more

I can't say enough good things about Rob Simpson and his help in renting a storage unit. The facility is conveniently located and easy to access. Website was very easy to use to reserve a unit, which was promptly followed up by a phone call. Got lease executed and given all relevant info, including being shown the unit and given keys, in less than an hour. This allowed us to start moving in earlier than expected---such a huge help! This place puts up its prices "to keep with market value". I was told when I first complained about the increase of rent, that I was given a discounted price because I looked like I couldn't afford it at the full price!! You have to wait until 0930 until the office opened up and then they maybe on time or not!!! They say it's climate controlled, it's hot has hell in here. The facility is quite clean, but they raised our rent after only a few months. The letter we received says that they needed to raise our monthly charge since "market rates" had gone up. This was disappointing to hear, especially given that the price on their website for our unit is actually less than when we first leased our unit four months ago. I think most storage places are sort of creepy but this place is actually very neat and clean. The building entrances are well lit and surveillance cameras are scattered through the facility, indoor and out. The manager lives on the property and normally works in the office during the day. read more

I rented a storage space with this location. Due to Covid-19 pandemic I was trying to keep my niece's family in their home. I am 33 days late. I get a call from Rob the manager saying "I am just saying you have to pay $413.60 or else we are going to hit you with additional craziness and fees!" This was a Demand pay us or we are going to hit you with additional craziness and fees and Auction. I tried to make 1 payment with late fees to make it just 3 days late. Then another payment in 11 day later. I would be up to date. ROB said "That wasn't good enough!" We are still going to hit you with craziness and additional fees! I will move out of this storage ASAP. I know I was behind I had to help keep my family member in a home. But ROB doesn't give a crap he wants his money or ELSE? I hope ROB has to choose between keeping Family in a home and pay other bills. I hope he gets treated the same way he treats his customer. read more

Lawrence showed me a 10' x 15" unit on the fly, which was the perfect fit, and it was really convenient to the loading dock. Everything was spotless, too. Very Very expensive. They charge 22 fee just to rent and make you get high price insurance.

This place is so great! And Tony Resendez is so great! I needed storage for one month because I needed to move out of my apartment, but I couldn't move into my new apartment until a month later. All the other places I called wanted to charge me $1 for the first month (plus an admin fee that was around $30), but then charge me for a full month even though I was only going to be needing it for a few more days after the first month. I think I moved my stuff in on October 3rd or 4th, and I needed to move it out and into my new apartment on November 8th. So every place that I called said I would be charged for a whole month (around $50-70) for 3 or 4 days. But not this place! Tony let me have the first month for $1 because that was the special, and then he prorated the extra days. He was so nice and helpful, and the facility is nice as well. You have access to your unit 24/7, even when the office is not open. If I ever need to store things again, I will definitely use this place if I'm in the Dallas area. read more
