So I went to the office and rang the door bell no one answered so I rang the bell on the apartment that is attached to the office also no answer then I called and left a message, so then I went to the apartment located at the back of property and I knocked very lightly Assistant manager came to door I ask if she could tell me why I'm overlooked she was very rude when she told me I didn't pay my bill, I then told her that is wrong I paid Friday asked her if she could call the Manager she then told me I would have to take that up with Christina and that she wasn't fucking calling anybody for me, then her dog came running after me like it was going to bite me and I told the dog to get away from my then Sherry told me fuck off mother fucker and to get the fuck away from her door and that she wasn't helping me with shit, so I walked back to my space and got in my car entered my code and left the property sent another text message and an email to the property in Broadway Blvd, Garland Tx.

There's no mysterious fees during the move in and the lock is complimentary. Also access is 24 hours a day with no surprises like codes changing out of nowhere. The cost is a good value because it's rules are pretty basic...just follow them and everything will go smoothly. Not trying to slam the others but it's nothing like "snatch & grab" places like Public Storage or Extra Space Storage with extremely high turnover rates for auctions. We felt really good about the security and cleanliness of the units (all climate controlled) and the facility overall (the Plano location was only built a couple of years ago and it's super clean). Plus the ease of being able to drive up so close to the units. We worked with Wendy and she's been so kind and helpful and informative through the entire process. I did a lot of research and this place was definitely the right choice. We really appreciated that All Storage had a great intro special but that Wendy was also super up front about what the pricing would be after the special ended. Our close friends had a horrible experience with one of the bigger chain storage places hiking their rent up by insane amounts after the initial first month offer, and that's why we wanted to find a more locally run place. Wendy walked us through everything and went over what we could realistically expect in terms of pricing and it was all very reasonable. She went above and beyond in ways she didn't have to and we really apprecaited it. I cannot explain the depth of gratitude I have for Mike and his team.  We had water damage in our…read morehome which caused our floors both tile and hardwood to be replaced.  We were blessed to meet with Mike Lohner from IMS Relocation to go over the process.  He was very nice and professional.  He worked well with the schedule our contractor (Richard Williams and Associates) had in place.  When the decision was made to start the packing process Tony, Warner and Lucio came to our home to pack up the  accessories, dishes, pictures, food etc.  They took pictures of everything stored inside of the cabinets, drawers, closets and also the pictures on the wall so they would know where to return everything.  They were so professional and very hard working.  Once they boxed everything up, they stacked the boxes neatly for the next crew to come and load onto the truck. Rito, Bobby and Ken came the next day to pack and load up all the furniture and the boxes.  They were so good!  They arrived in an 18 wheeler filled with individual containers. They loaded up each container until it was full and locked it in front of us.  It doesn't get unlocked until the furniture is returned.  Rito, Bobby and Ken had the best personalities and truly cared about what they were doing.  They made me feel like we had been friends for years!  There was also an electrician and and someone who disconnected the computer and TVs as well.  My apologies to them, I was not home when they came so I didn't get their names but everything was neatly done and I appreciate everything they did!   This has been an terrific experience for me and my family.  IMS really set the tone!  I have truly enjoyed the entire experience.  Everyone at IMS is terrific and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of relocating in the future!

This company moved my parents from one assisted living apartment to another and it was a disaster. They lost several items and damaged a dresser during the move. The worst part was the 'claims process.' They gave us a form to fill out, and we spent an entire month tracking down receipts and replacement costs for everything they lost or broke. We submitted a detailed claim for over $1500 in losses.After all that work, they sent my elderly parents a check for a measly $132. Their excuse? They claimed my parents didn't purchase 'additional insurance'--an option that was never even offered to them in the first place. It feels like seniors are being targeted, with the company hiding behind fine print to avoid taking responsibility for their own mistakes. Do not trust this company with a loved one's belongings. The experience was unprofessional and dishonest.

Back in the day management turned the lights and electricity on as soon as it got dark outside. Now they turned them on extremely late and people can't do nothing because of no power. I hope they can fix this soon as possible. Other than that, no issues.
