The assistant manager/Sherry doesn't have good customer service and she doesn't know how to speak…read moreto customers in a good manner and I experienced that tonight around 11:00 pm when I put my gate code in and entered the property went to my unit and found that I had been over locked sometime earlier today 4/4/2026 and I paid my bill in full online on 4/3/2025 my space shouldn't have been overlooked. So I went to the office and rang the door bell no one answered so I rang the bell on the apartment that is attached to the office also no answer then I called and left a message, so then I went to the apartment located at the back of property and I knocked very lightly Assistant manager came to door I ask if she could tell me why I'm overlooked she was very rude when she told me I didn't pay my bill, I then told her that is wrong I paid Friday asked her if she could call the Manager she then told me I would have to take that up with Christina and that she wasn't fucking calling anybody for me, then her dog came running after me like it was going to bite me and I told the dog to get away from my then Sherry told me fuck off mother fucker and to get the fuck away from her door and that she wasn't helping me with shit, so I walked back to my space and got in my car entered my code and left the property sent another text message and an email to the property in Broadway Blvd, Garland Tx.

There's no mysterious fees during the move in and the lock is complimentary. Also access is 24 hours a day with no surprises like codes changing out of nowhere. The cost is a good value because it's rules are pretty basic...just follow them and everything will go smoothly. Not trying to slam the others but it's nothing like "snatch & grab" places like Public Storage or Extra Space Storage with extremely high turnover rates for auctions. Try it...drop my name if you go...

Needed a truck to taking Granddaughter's furniture to Texas Thrift store. I am in town to move her…read morein my motor home, with no ability to haul it. The place we're busy, was having problems with internet, but was still able to process me quickly. Was told I was required to fill truck gas tank. I am an Army vet, who learned long ago to check everything, document with pictures. When I saw the fuel tank wasn't full I took a picture, showed the staff member. He said "oh ok I will change the requirement of full tank to original status". That is the reason not to give 5 stars, because they should have been on top of this. I could have been responsible for someone's negligence. Everything else went well, truck was good, AC worked fabulous, quick turn in, cost was $88 total. The miles in town add up quickly. Over all a pleasant experience.

While confirming basic logistics, he repeatedly told me "I love you," referencing the actress from Legally Blonde (we don't share a name spelling and obviously I am not her). He said it multiple times--even after I made it clear I'm a published author, not an actress--and it came off as extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. He also told me he "loves me" for my photography skills (still not me, it was my future apartment). U-Haul needs to ensure their employees maintain professional boundaries, especially when speaking with female customers.

What you'll get from this property is poor service- They'll raise your rent beyond what the advertised "normal" price approx. $101.00 what you'll pay is approx. $128.00. The advertised parking spots are not 40 feet. You'll get your property stolen- check out the crime stats -https://www.garlandtx.gov/gov/lq/safety/police/ucreport.asp. There are tires piled up in the back breeding mosquitos. The security is a sad joke. What you can depend on is incompetent service, raising your rent, stolen property, alcohol and drug use on the property. Cube Smart will only allow positive reviews so this won't be published on their site. They'll sue as their Terms And Conditions suggests or hints. They say, " Refrain from mentioning prices," because it's based on race and other factors. I'm calling DFW CBS 11 to get this on the local news. This outrage needs to be exposed... it's gone on long enough. I'm copying this to Google and Yelp so IT"LL GET POSTED ! This is my opinion as allowed to me by the Constitution Of The United States Of America Update - Cube smart asked for a review but their policies make it clear they could file a law suit for being honest. 10-2017 This is my opinion allowed by the Constitution and I was asked to submit a review or I wouldn't have bothered... but since you asked... New customers get great rates while the loyal long term get their rates raised. They just give the same lame excuse that their keeping up with the competition and offering competitive rates. That translates to .... they offer the highest rates possible and stay higher than their competitors. Security cameras are low res and are useless for theft identification. Parking lots are often full of holes and require you to drive through what only big trucks can go across or you'll bottom out. Look closely before you rent here. Show up after hours and you can party and drink / get drunk with all the locals. Party on dude ! This won't get posted so I'll copy and paste it on Google, Yelp and trip advisor. Nothing much has changed but the staff is tolerable and professional.

It took me forever to figure out who they were, due to lack of speaking clearly in their messages. Im in the army and live out of state and use Public Storage that deducts my payments automatically and since I rarely get to check my messages you can imagine how freaked out I was hearing about my lock being cut and unit being auctioned off. When I finally was able to make out the phone number and call, I spoke with Tiffany, the lady who's been leaving messages. The 1st thing I asked was what company was she calling from. Couldn't make out what she said so I told her the situation. She asked my name, I gave it to her and she said she doesnt have anyone with that name. She then asked me for my unit number. I gave it to her and she said it belonged to someone else. So then I ASKED her to look up the phone number she's been calling. Turned out it was a wrong number and a different storage company. I told her the situation about me freaking out and gave her examples on how she could avoid this issue in the future. First off.. speak clearly and slowly when you leave a message. Second.. say who it is you're calling for. And when someone calls for an issue like this and explains how your messages worried the "F" out of them.. you just apologize for the mistake. Tiffany chose to explain how she doesnt use names in her phone calls to customers and rudely explained to me how the payments work and told me it was the customer who gave her the wrong number and rudley ended the call. Why would I care about your payment rules? I'm not your customer jacka$$. Whatever error or issues you have between you and your customer is your issue but when you get someone else involved and cause them grief, the least you can do is sympathize and apologize. Is it really that hard?
