Don and Renee are very knowledgeable and friendly. Facility was clean which is what I was looking for.

I have been storing my belongings here for several months (building a new house). The management (Rene and Don) here is fantastic. The property is well maintained and clean (unlike some other companies). This place still looks new. I am greeted by my name every time I come visit my belongings. As far as I know, there have never been any security issues. The managers live on the property, and there are cameras "everywhere." I have had a unit at the Parkwood facility for over a year. They are very receptive and have assisted me several times with my needs!

They're so helpful! I can never remember what unit my stuff is in or what the code is to get in. I just call the main number for them and within a couple of seconds they're able to tell me all my info and give me directions on how to get there. Thanks so much guys! This place sets the bar for storage facilities. Seriously, it's probably the best storage facility I've ever found. Where do I start? Beautiful, new, clean and well maintained facilities. I ended up booking the day of my "move in" using the online reservation system - later that day, I went onsite to the facility.. and didn't have a single problem or snag. (I was previously going to use another facility but there were too many red flags and issues - so I cancelled that reservation and picked Advanced Storage instead at the very last minute). In addition to being new & incredibly clean - the location is great! I moved from the shops at legacy and it's less than half a mile away. Easy to access from DNT too! Next, the staff is incredible... Bill helped me through the leasing process and made it easy as pie. In & out, explained all the agreement throughly and walked me thru all of the information I needed for the unit rental. I didn't feel pressured at ALL. Additionally, Rene helped with a few things and she is so sweet! I recommend asking for either of them if you are going to be leading a unit here (which you absolutely should). I am so incredibly pleased with the level of customer service they provided and exhibited! The price point? Phenomenal. Elevators and coded access.. Plus they have carts and hand trucks to use. Big plus! I cannot say enough good things about Advanced Storage & their staff (Bill / Rene). Utilize them for all your storage needs, you won't regret it! 5 stars, no doubt about it. read more

Our experience here was great from the beginning. We received awesome customer service each time we communicated with Don and Renee. Our unit was clean as well as the entire facility. I personally felt safe while in there with the lighting and security. They had ample push carts to tote stuff to and from the unit. If we ever need storage again we'll definitely come back! read more

Don't store your stuff with them! Due to COVID my husband lost his job and I work in healthcare and later lost mine. Management told me they would work with me but then sold my entire life and memories without any notice. They also messed up and gave us wrong size unit at move in and then gave me a small one making it sound as if they were going to charge me the same due to their mistake but I was being charged extra! Although I haven't used this storage facility, I'm giving 5 stars on the customer service. Last night, I went to inquire and check out the facility firsthand after reading favorable reviews. Renee was very helpful in answering my questions and providing information I needed. Although Advantage is a little bit more pricey compared to other facilities, the personal attention I received and just the overall positive feeling I got is winning me over to select this facility. read more

Never used a storage facility before and I can say over all great experience-no complaints! Clean, quick & easy.

I recently rented a unit from this facility. The main reason I choose it over other storage companies was the management. Working with Renee and Don was incredibly easy. Renee was patient and thorough with all of my questions and concerns. She didn't just choose off a map whichever unit she wanted me to take. She actually walked me around to a few units and let me choose which one I felt was best fit for me. I really appreciated the extra time and care that was put in just my rental process. It's hard for me to pack up my home and just leave it in storage. However, I feel like I will be able to sleep better at night just knowing how much she and Don care about their customers. It already feels like family is keeping an eye out for my belongings and that is so important for me right now. I really appreciate this place and I highly recommend it! This is my experience with your Yellow Door Storage. If I could give a zero I would. This place is the worst, BEWARE new business owners, this company is led by bullies. I am a woman that has took her life savings to open a store front and I decided to start my business here. I have ALWAYS paid on time I am professional and respectful. The only issue I had was the internet service, they did not inform me that they did not have the ability for internet when I signed my lease. I had to do a work around to still make my business work, but because I questioned management about the issue, they decided they terminate my lease immediately with NO cause and told me they are exercising their right to terminate me at well, which means for no reason. People do not understand when someone takes their life savings to start something just to have ONE person who had a bad day ruin your dreams. So STAY AWAY from this place they are unethical, unprofessional, and dangerous to your finances. Cory and Cliff should not be representatives of Yellow Door Storage they are damaging the reputation of this brand. read more

Best storage place in town! It is pretty new and the Poole that work there are super. Very caring, genuine people. My brother has a storage unit there and my best friend and I have one there and we all love it. Don and Rene are who you'll encounter when you get there- very helpful and friendly and go beyond what is necessary. The other night my best friend and I got there after they closed and needed to unload the truck. I called Renee and she said it was no problem to come unlock the doors. Then her husband came out about 30 minutes later and offered U.S. waters and coffee. We were truly floored at their generosity. Also the facility is super clean. Love this place!
