Marco worked with me over the phone and discussed all the variables involved in detail and explained the process and fees associated. The prices were extremely fair and confirmed the move. On the day before the move Marco once again confirmed the move and on the morning of the move they called to advise us they were on their way. They arrived on time and brought the larger truck as I had ordered since we have extra "stuff" with all my children. We had boxed everything ahead of time and had most of it in garage but not all. They had the garage loaded in about 20 minutes. I was amazed at how quickly and delicately they got our washer and dryer from upstairs down to the truck. Everything was loaded in under 2 hours as Marco had suggested in the quote. The movers made it to the new house without incident and were quick actually beating us in our cars. They got everything moved into the new house without any issues and couldn't have been nicer and more efficient. They wrapped the items needing it and taped up drawers etc... I'm sorry I do not remember the names of the crew that did the move but they busted their butts with all our "stuff" and handled everything as promised... thank you Marco and your staff!! There were connection issues with the iPad to sign all documents. It took an hour waiting on this. I'm patient. The lead mover called the supervisor to approve removing 1 hour for this issue. Supervisor agreed. I received a call from Josh saying I had an outstanding bill of 1 and 1/2 hours. This isn't great customer service. I would not recommend 2 men and a truck.

THEY BILLED ME $1785, and took TWO days to pack. NOT what the Customer Service rep promised AHEAD of my booking. She said (as does website) they'll send 2 - 4 movers to expedite packing. Instead 2 dedicated but unsupported by their company movers showed up and BUBBLE WRAPPED EVERY SINGLE THING (then took a photo) and insisted they'd get fired if they didn't. The plastic kitchen small trash can? YES. ALSO BUBBLE WRAPPED. The individual plastic patio plates? YES. ALSO INDIVIDUALLY BUBBLE WRAPPED. So in 10 hours they did NOT "pack" my SINGLE PERSON 1BR apt. (half of which I'd packed myself prior to their arrival). A SECOND DAY to move was added - which is not easy when you live in uptown Dallas high rise - I had to secure the freight elevator and moving hours etc. AGAIN, the final bill was THREE TIMES what THEY quoted me. After multiple "customer service" conversations they have offered to take $100 off. Soooooo IF you want your few belongings packed OVER TWO DAYS and to the tune of THREE TIMES THE EXPECTED BILL move forward. If you value your TIME, MONEY and LIFE ENERGY... like this post and GO FIND ANYONE (and I do mean ANYONE) else to help you move.
