During my last move, I used reusable boxes similar to Elephant Trunk. I was bummed that company closed their Dallas operations, but lucky to find a local alternative in Elephant Trunk! Elephant Trunk is a much more effective and eco-friendly alternative to cardboard boxes. The plastic bins are sturdy and are designed to stack on top of each other and close without the need for tape. The boxes come with labels so you can keep them organized during your move. I had issues with my moving date and Elephant Trunk was extremely flexible and accommodating with me! I only wish the boxes came with a dolly with wheels so I could roll the boxes instead of carrying them. read more

Plus, these can stack super high, are pretty lightweight, and easy to label. So I googled them and I found Elephant. Elephant trunk boxes were a lifesaver! I love that you can pack as much as you want or AS LITTLE as you want in a box without it caving in (and they were clean! Unlike risking a gamble when you have to find cardboard boxes from stores etc.) They're so durable; we used them over and over again during the one move! John was great, very friendly and easy-going, and was easy to communicate with over text (my preferred method of contact). He was on time to deliver the boxes right inside my apartment and hauled them off from inside my new apartment. That step alone was so helpful. John is a ROCKSTAR. This is by far the BEST way to move in Dallas! John provided me with 30 modular sized plastic boxes and 2 wardrobe closets. Everything fit together so perfectly instead of using awful cardboard boxes that are hard to move! My movers even said how fast it made the move because of how easy they all fit together.
