This place has been awesome! We had a last minute request to get a Uhaul and storage facility on a Friday evening and were able to get all of it done quickly. The staff were all friendly! I called back later that day because I had forgotten to order moving boxes and tape that we would be needing over the weekend they kindly dropped the boxes off in our storage unit so that we wouldn't have to race back before closing time and would have access to them for our Saturday move. Awesome facility! First impressions are important with me and this is by far the cleanest and most organized storage area I have ever seen. I found them on line, called, and was greeted by a very friendly lady! They have great rates and plenty of room to move around. I dropped by and they gave me ride to observe the available spots in a golf cart. I filled out the paper work not knowing what to expect. Rented a parking spot for my RV at the beginning of August. Laura was helpful and had a staff member show me the spot before signing up. Quick signup process. The entire facility and driveways are really clean and well marked and the security gate works good. Great access hours and location is close to I-30 and easy access to 205 and I-20 to the south about 30 minutes. Good experience so far. In looking for a storage unit in the Rockwall area, I called probably 4-5 different facilities and BTA Self Storage offered the most competitive pricing BY FAR. And their lot is very well maintained and secured. I also want to mention I was formerly renting at Public Storage where my monthly rate continued to climb. I don't expect that here, as these folks told me the property owner tries really hard not to raise rates. Happy renting! read more

They had a deal going on your 1st months rent that I couldn't pass up. They also rent out U-Hauls, which was really convenient for me since I needed one that day. Taylor and Tasha were great with customer service. We had a rental reserved but unfortunately the prior movers renting did not bring the rental back on time. The two ladies went above and beyond to locate another rental in the area and also have personnel bring the rental to the current location and alleviate the stress from the situation. I rented a slip for a trailer at this location because some friends recommended it! So far, all is going well! The check-in was fairly pain free and it is easy to get in and out of! Only negative is that it is farther away from my house then I'd like it to be, but that's not their fault! There are plenty of locations between me and them, the good word of mouth won out! read more

BTA self storage has been excellent place to store our belongings. We have been with them long term. At one point we needed 1 large unit or 2 smaller ones. They didn't have a large enough unit for us, so we ended up with to smaller units. BTA discounted the second unit so we were not over paying what we would have paid for one large unit. BTA is an excellent facility. They are a very secure storage location with a locking gate and cameras. The facility is conveniently located to the interstate which allows me to pick up my boat for easy access to Lake Ray Hubbbard or other nearby lakes.
