    The assistant manager/Sherry doesn't have good customer service and she doesn't know how to speak…read moreto customers in a good manner and I experienced that tonight around 11:00 pm when I put my gate code in and entered the property went to my unit and found that I had been over locked sometime earlier today 4/4/2026 and I paid my bill in full online on 4/3/2025 my space shouldn't have been overlooked. So I went to the office and rang the door bell no one answered so I rang the bell on the apartment that is attached to the office also no answer then I called and left a message, so then I went to the apartment located at the back of property and I knocked very lightly Assistant manager came to door I ask if she could tell me why I'm overlooked she was very rude when she told me I didn't pay my bill, I then told her that is wrong I paid Friday asked her if she could call the Manager she then told me I would have to take that up with Christina and that she wasn't fucking calling anybody for me, then her dog came running after me like it was going to bite me and I told the dog to get away from my then Sherry told me fuck off mother fucker and to get the fuck away from her door and that she wasn't helping me with shit, so I walked back to my space and got in my car entered my code and left the property sent another text message and an email to the property in Broadway Blvd, Garland Tx.

There's no mysterious fees during the move in and the lock is complimentary. Also access is 24 hours a day with no surprises like codes changing out of nowhere. The cost is a good value because it's rules are pretty basic...just follow them and everything will go smoothly. Not trying to slam the others but it's nothing like "snatch & grab" places like Public Storage or Extra Space Storage with extremely high turnover rates for auctions. Try it...drop my name if you go...

It's honestly very impressive…read more Where they lack GREATLY is any shape or form of support by either phone or written communication. Chat is really your only option, which is of course outsourced to a cheap labor country, and they will drop your chat in a couple of minutes if you're not babysitting the chat; they can take up to 10 minutes to message you back but if you take more than 3, they will just close the chat. I scheduled move out on the 23rd of February for two of my four units. I checked on my March bill and both units are still present. Huh. So I schedule move out again. The end of the month comes around and they managed to move out one unit but the most expensive one is still there. I schedule move out on that unit for a THIRD time on March 30th. I put it in the back of my mind; I have work to do that doesn't revolve around trying to cancel a damn storage unit. Fast forward to the 7th of April. I get a text that I have a past due balance and to pay to avoid collection attempts. LMAO. Good luck wit dat. I called and was able to get to the property manager's alleged voicemail, to which I left a message that expressed the reality of the situation and the more stark reality that I will never pay a cent for that unit in the time I hold breath in my lungs on this earth. Imagine my livid, fat ass when I saw a text today that I owe LATE FEES on top of the rent space itself; the gall to say that I moved out today and that's my balance. Anyways, I'm on a chat with Sahm T now....letting him know the same reality. Really crossing my fingers that he can see the clear paper trail that indicates this being 1000% the fault of Public Storage's property manager for this location so I can put this BS behind me. When I finally dump my last two units, I'll put this orange scab of a company behind me for good.
