I stayed in their smallest room, which literally was like a pod with a bedroom and an open bathroom set up. Everything was super clean, and the toilet even had a bidet while the there also was a monsoon showerhead. Check in was a breeze as you pay three days prior to your stay. Check-in is also at the bar right when you walk in. Yes there's a bar and they serve coffee all day too. It really is designed for the professional who is staying in Dallas for a short time or just a single person making a stop here. The bar was great because I would get takeout for dinner, sit have a drink to myself, take a beer upstairs and have my dinner in my room. It was quiet and peaceful and I really would stay here again. I also want to make a mention of the location. It's on Main Street and there's a few things that are pretty walkable. Deep Ellum isn't far, as well as the JFK memorial. I walked around a lot, and it was nice to discover what was around this hotel.

The hotel is quaint and clean. The location makes it very easy to get around to different parts of…read morethe city. One thing we did not realize is that the rooms have no windows, which can definitely make things feel claustrophobic with two people in such a small room. When we asked about this we were informed there was only one room in the entire hotel with a window. We also had issues with the air conditioning not working, which again, in such a small room proved to be an issue. We realized their AC units are energy efficient, which is likely the reason for the issue as well as the overhead showered not getting past luke warm. Fine for the price, but wish there was more transparency on the lack of windows and more focus on the small details (like functional appliances and hot water) to enhance the quality of our stay.

Loved the hotel. I didn't have a lot of time to fully explore. The pool area was large and nice to…read morelounge around. The room was modern and a very comfortable bed. Streaming on TV. Full size spa products. A makeup mirror was built inside the regular mirror. Nespresso machine A tub for two and a rain shower option. Don't forget the bubbles and the bath salts. Mixed reviews but def worth a discussion- let's start with the Perks of what you want -…read more - if your attending the concert or event , this is most likely the easiest place to stay for convenience - - people are super friendly and extremely professional. - Rooms are basic - and the bed is really comfortable - if you wanna just walk the area for a bite , it's convenient with clean and safe area . - I will add that the manager Oscar is great and awesome and he would be the only reason I would return- I can tell why he's the manager because he knows how to fix issues instead of like others are more focused on just apologizing and trying to look professional but actually don't fix anything- Cons- - the hotel is expensive for what the rooms are - nothing special - hidden charges , I booked through booking and was charged a destination fee - okay no biggy - then upon arrival the hotel asked for a debit or credit card for incidentals, however they also charged me 2 - 81$ destinations fees . So already I've been charged almost 400$ in a destination fees- - then upon arrival, the parking charges 60$ a day for parking - which actually is alittle more than 60$ bucks a night because I received another 160$ charge on my debit card for 2 days of parking during my stay. They will tell you that you can park in the garage for 30$ a night but will be charged 10$ everytime you leave so .... I'm not sure if that's a sales pitch or what but I almost regret leaving the hotel in charge of my debit card . - I wasn't aware that I had any breakfast credits or features from anyone, the only thing I know if I had to buy breakfast and coffee during my stay- no one volunteered that Information to me until I called with a problem. - upon checking out I specifically asked for an itemized sheet showing all charges to me before leaving and was told they didn't have it and that I would have to get it from booking.com - the only way I knew about the additional charges was from my accountant saw were I was charged 3 times , same time, same date , same amounts from the hotel and then charged again by booking.com. - This is absolutely unacceptable and untrustworthy to customers - and is extremely unprofessional in business. It looks tacky and cheap when charges are hide , and kept behind the scenes. Again , I will say that the manager Oscar held a great conversation with me and we came to an understanding. For that , I will not put 1 star.

I arrived to find the building under construction. They put us like 2 rooms down from the construction and only supplied ear plugs to cover the noise. Thankfully we were only there for one night, but I feel like when booking there needs to be a clear disclaimer that the hotel is under construction - especially before making it non-refundable .

Had I known, I would have booked elsewhere. I prepaid for a Deluxe Room with two queen beds through Expedia, but our original room on the 8th floor was extremely hot and humid because the air conditioning wasn't working. The carpet also had several dark stains that made the room feel unclean. Around 1:30 a.m., we had to request a room change because the room never cooled down. While the staff moved us, the replacement room was not the Deluxe room I had paid for. To make matters worse, I cut my hand while using one of the hotel's luggage carts during the move. The next morning, I asked the front desk for a first aid kit and was told they didn't have one--only Band-Aids for purchase. Because the injury required more than a Band-Aid, I had to leave the hotel and buy wound-care supplies at Walgreens. I appreciate that the overnight staff moved us to another room, but between the undisclosed renovations, the malfunctioning A/C, being downgraded from the room I paid for, and the lack of basic first aid supplies after an injury on hotel equipment, this stay did not meet the standards I expect from a Hilton property. I hope management addresses these issues for future guests.
