    Many boxes were completely smashed. They do not care about your belongings. We received our boxes smashed and upside down. Along with one box completely crushed full of our cocktail glasses and wine glasses. It also took over a week for us to get our belongings!!

    Avoid this company at all costs! They are worst movers in Dallas. They damaged by new home as you can see in the photos. Completely unprofessional and didn't show up on time. I even filed a claim and their support team kept saying lies for a month only to deny the claim in the end. Go elsewhere and avoid this nightmare of a company!!

    We are in process with Community Moving. It has been a largely frustrating experience. The pro so far has been the movers on the front end in Washington state. Very kind and efficient. Everything else has been misleading and frustrating. Our primary point person has been Mike A. He's been available until the company up-charged us. A few days before the pickup, I updated the inventory list over the phone with Mike A. adding 40-45 boxes. I asked him verbatim, "Does this change the price?" He said "No." This was a ~$3k lie. Upon arrival, despite us selling many large items that were originally on the moving inventory, Community tried to charge us an additional $3k. What were we going to do? We had to be out of the house. We haggled, but their fraudulent ways are still costing us 50% more than anticipated, so make sure to budget that in if you work with them. As for delivery, we clearly specified a preferred date of delivery. Over the phone, the "earliest day of delivery" was sold as something much more certain. That's looking quite unlikely now. If they can get their mess together, I'll follow up with an edit. I'm not hopeful though. Edit: we were further disappointed. The delivery team caused damage to our house: door frame, hardwood floors, railings on the stairs, etc.. The claims process is third party and is nothing but an endless time vacuum suspended by difficult formatting requirements. I'll be happy to update my review when things are remedied.

    Update: Have not received a call from the "repair guy" for the damages done to my wooden dining table. It's two weeks since we've moved in.

    Used them again a year later to move into our new house. Carson, Luiz and Nangeo were such a great team. We have a lot of heavy furniture and they never complained and even had us laughing while they were working. Great guys would definitely recommend!

    So many things went wrong using this company for a move. So I'll just hit the major points. I reserved two trucks/4 movers for a large move. The evening before the move I was downgraded to one truck and 3 movers. The movers didn't have tools to disassemble furniture and used scissors for allen keys. This stripped bolts requiring replacement. The movers themselves were careless. Several pieces of furniture have brand new gouges in them. They didn't bring an appropriate appliance dolley for a safe to move. I actually refused to let them move the safe up the stairs because of this. I did make it known I had this and where it was moving in the original contact. Because of the downgrade and incompetent work, it took 10 hours to move one truckload 10 miles. The one truck didn't finish the move as expected but they took way too long that a second trip wasn't possible that day. I told the manager I wouldn't be paying for an incomplete job and until I review all the damages since I saw alot as they unloaded. The manager then proceeded to yell at me calling me a liar and demanding immediate payment. After I refused, he CALLED THE POLICE on me! The police only documented there was a dispute and then left. I contacted another moving company to finish their job the next week. This ordeal extended my lease past the expected date.

    Shattered fragile box.

    They showed up on time & the crew was friendly. Only positive to say! They do not know how to stack containers properly, or know that small fragile boxes need to be on top / front. I arrived at my destination with shattered boxes. My small fragile boxes thrown in the container without a care! Furniture broken... It's a mess... I do not recommend this company unless you have time to babysit "professional movers".

    The assistant manager/Sherry doesn't have good customer service and she doesn't know how to speak…read moreto customers in a good manner and I experienced that tonight around 11:00 pm when I put my gate code in and entered the property went to my unit and found that I had been over locked sometime earlier today 4/4/2026 and I paid my bill in full online on 4/3/2025 my space shouldn't have been overlooked. So I went to the office and rang the door bell no one answered so I rang the bell on the apartment that is attached to the office also no answer then I called and left a message, so then I went to the apartment located at the back of property and I knocked very lightly Assistant manager came to door I ask if she could tell me why I'm overlooked she was very rude when she told me I didn't pay my bill, I then told her that is wrong I paid Friday asked her if she could call the Manager she then told me I would have to take that up with Christina and that she wasn't fucking calling anybody for me, then her dog came running after me like it was going to bite me and I told the dog to get away from my then Sherry told me fuck off mother fucker and to get the fuck away from her door and that she wasn't helping me with shit, so I walked back to my space and got in my car entered my code and left the property sent another text message and an email to the property in Broadway Blvd, Garland Tx.

There's no mysterious fees during the move in and the lock is complimentary. Also access is 24 hours a day with no surprises like codes changing out of nowhere. The cost is a good value because it's rules are pretty basic...just follow them and everything will go smoothly. Not trying to slam the others but it's nothing like "snatch & grab" places like Public Storage or Extra Space Storage with extremely high turnover rates for auctions. Try it...drop my name if you go...
