Daniel helped us and he was very professional. He told us right up front all the costs ....so no surprises. He was kind and went out of his way to show us the locker, make sure the keys worked and give us instructions on entry. I especially liked the way he interacted with a co-worker. When she had questions (she may have been new) he was patient and pleasant and respectful and treated me very respectfully too. It was a positive experience from the first meeting to the end result. Just moved out of my unit after almost 2 years. There were so many bugs, spider webs and unhatched bug/animal eggs. They need to do pest control weekly! My bill started off at $83 and ended at $103. My bill increased $10 every 6-8 months. They did not tell me that would happen nor did they tell me you have to give them a months notice of move out so they can prorate your next bill. I called to ask and they said once you close your unit they dont reimburse you for the unused days. Will never use this company again. read more

Much better places around. Worst storage facility I have dealt with in over 20 years of using them. This company/ facility is way overpriced. They have multiple added fees. Have to buy their lock. Limited access hours. No military discount. Take your hard earned money to a company/ facility that values a customer rather than money. read more

Think you found a great deal? Think again. I chose this storage space (14 miles from my home and in a not so great part of town) because I was thrilled with the price and the unit was nice and clean. But now here I am paying over $30 a month MORE than I was when I first started renting the unit from them less than 3 years ago. My last increase happened in June 2017 and I got a note in the mail this month notifying me of yet another $11 hike a month starting now. We all know the price of things increase over time, and having lived in an apartment for years I know rent rises based on various market factors. But over $20 a month increase within 1 year, and a 48% increase from the price I was paying when I first rented.... ridiculous. So- BEWARE. You may think you're finding a decent deal now, but avoid this so you don't end up like me having to now get a moving truck to move my things to a different storage unit company so I can save the $360+ a year (30/mo x 12) I didn't know I'd be expected to pay when I originally signed. read more

Unfortunately I had to leave one star. Negative 5 stars would be about right. Storage unit had a leak; told Angel. She had the maintenance man call my husband and said it would be fixed. It never was and angel never made notes of it. So had to file a claim for water and mold to replace our items. The manager Daniel is hardly a manager. Turns out after cancelling in April NOTES weren't made again.. and we got charged in May. Call for a refund.. no one once apologizes.. wait the 10 days and kept following up to find out Daniel made an error with the refund. So now I wait another 10 days for my money.. that THIS horrible company doesn't even care about the experience we had... complaining to them does nothing. I had a very positive experience when I rented a unit at Extra Space Storage. The staff were very friendly & helpful, & they seemed genuinely interested in me as a customer. I was also quite pleased when I opened my new unit. It was clean, & the surrounding grounds were well kept. It was also a good value for the money. read more
