There's no customer service at all. Completely no customer service the DM Emily can care less. They only want the money. They don't care about your property. Do not put your things in the storage unit. They have the biggest rats I ever seen in life. I've been complaining about my storage unit for a whole year they did completely nothing. The people were extremely helpful in selecting the right size. I called and talked to a representative who answered my questions and find the right locations near my home. My original bill was $79. Now it has increased to a total of $109 with no extra benefits, no added space, and no explanation of why my bill has steadily increased. This is with their so called military discount. They should be ashamed of themselves. No one should ever use this business. read more

One of the worst place in Dallas to store AC been not working properly on the 3rd floor since June complained multiple times to the office in the Texas heat its even worse and corporate no action and also when i moved out only 1 elevator was working i even told them i am moving out 4 days ago and they still not fixed the elevator the day i moved out i took extra 2 hours because only one elevator i was told i will get a full refund for 3 months but nothing finally i have to move out by October every time ask the staff they say its in the system , don't ever rent this place they will rip you off read more

Beverly was amazing. When walking in for the first time I honestly expected to be greeted by people who hate their jobs and are made to be working labor day weekend. Not the case. Nothing but smiles and laughs. Truly a refreshing experience. While signing my lease agreement which was all done very quickly on a tablet they even had other tenants waving hello as they drove in, one even got out of the car to come in and say hi. Talking with the staff was the worse experience I've had at a PS. Wow. The lady was rude and kept talking over me and had attitude since her first Hello. Wtf? then she kept getting louder and louder and then just hung up on me after she got fustrated all on her own! If you cant even answer simple questions or explain yourself ..get some help and find a different job. After I called back, the Manager (probably not) answered. I told her what the employee did and yet she failed to apologize for her employee's rude actions and just talked right over me and asked what she could help me with. Workers are always nice and helpful. Never had any issues! Gari helped me when I was moving all of my stuff out and was very knowledgable about the process and even walked with me up to my unit, she definitely went above and beyond. But be careful, the 'air controlled' units will still be pretty warm, but much better than nothing at all. read more

Rent keeps going up and up while access is worse and worse. YOU CAN ONLY ACCESS YOUR UNIT 9:30am to 6pm weekdays, 9:30 to 5pm on weekends. I pay over $300 a month and can rarely even get in the gates. read more

Facility is nice; the people were nice the few times I've dealt with them. But, the price increased and the access hours decreased, so keeping the unit is no longer economically nor "chronologically" feasible. I need access by 7 am and after 7 pm many days. read more

You can not beat the professionalism and customer service any where else. You would think that since it is just a storage facility that it would be subpar, but it was far from that. My elderly mother just notified me of an unresolved situation with Public Storage and their insurance company. This incident ooccurred in May of 2015 when the staff stole items for her unit, including a brand new in the box 52 inch television and a freezer. This incident occurred when my mother reported a leak inside the unit and then when she returned her lock was cut and her expensive items were missing. I don't understand why they refused to allow her to view the video, and why the insurance company in Kentucky refuse to compensate after she sent all necessary documents. The next step is court because it has been going on since 2015, and we'll sue for damage, the value of her stolen property by the staff, and interest. I wouldn't rent there and I wouldn't waste money on their bogus insurance with Sedgwick Claims Management Services Inc, PO Box 14450 Lexington, Kentucky 40512. Property Damage 4750 Hardland Pkwy Lexington, Kentucky 40515. I notice after looking over my mother's contract they didn't give her the promotion for $1 for her first month plus $24 for an administration fee total $25. They charged her $139 plus $15 for insurance plus administration fee $24. If I could give them zero stars I would. read more

When I moved my stuff from a shared space with my sister the girl told me my monthly rate would remain the same for a year. I looked at my statement for the month and noticed it increased by $9 - yes $9 might now be that much but money is money. I called the office the girl didn't know and kept putting me on hold I guess to ask someone else, she then told me to call Corporate as they can't do anything in the office about it. I called Corporate and they are just as helpful as the office was (sarcasm). They didn't seem to know why it increased either and stated her hands are tied. These people know its not very convenient to just go move our stuff out so they are getting away with running a SHADY business. read more

The absolute worst customer service ever and I have been a customer for over 5 years. Amanda is a completely useless employee and by far the rudest person with a customer service job ever. I paid to have my locks changed weeks in advance due to losing keys in the tornado debris. I come get my key and to open my unit and it wouldn't open. Amanda said she would call someone and be right back, then she left us standing at our unit and left with another customer and never returned to us. Then starts mouthing about us DIRECTLY TO A CUSTOMER IN FRONT OF US! Poor Zach tried to be helpful but it's only his second day. He has definitely had a great lesson on what to and not to do, and was very friendly throughout. Finally after almost an hour of us being there and having left messages for district managers with no return, Monique comes in and is extremely helpful!!! She came out brought some tools and finally got m unit open, with a smile and great attitude, even though we were already frustrated. That lady is a rockstar and a valuable employee! read more
