The office workers are amazing! Very helpful. We were able to get our new storage space squared away very quickly. We moved from a terrible storage facility where we had a horrible experience- and we ended up finding Advantage Storage and we got a much larger unit, in a temperature controlled space, for cheaper!! so I have been with advantage storage for a little over almost a year and I have never or been late or never a payment but one thing I say about Mr. Rogers is that Mr. Rogers can be nice some days but this old guy is very mean talks to any kind of way there's also an eight lady named and when I tell you that she be nice she never wanna have your back if you're talking to her about Rogers, which I think is unfair the other day I got stuck out in Garland and they gave me the fifth degree and started talking to me crazy rude hostel, and everything else you think about it so that going forward if you're thinking about renting your best bet is to go to public storage or some other place because they are not so nice. I don't care how nice you can be to them. They are not the nicest people I have put nice reviews earlier when I was renting there because that's when it was nice but you started to get to fill people when you didn't been there for a while, but if you're thinking about renting their thing twice, they say they're a queen, but they do not clean their hallways or mopped their hallways. read more

I've had a large unit in this facility since 2019 and haven't had any problems. it is always very clean, always secure and Roger & Ducinda are both joys to deal with. I have recommended this facility to many people and will continue to do so. read more

Bryan Sweatman was the best. I went in for prices and his cheerful, informative and energetic attitude was the best ever. I was originally shopping around for prices and i visited 1 other storage facility and immediately went back. I unknowingly walked in 5 min prior to closing time and Mr.Bryan took really good care of me. He didn't rush me or "run me off". He took his time and explained everything to me very throughly and was very polite. Honestly, if it wasn't for him, i wouldn't have rented the unit. Besides the excellent service i was provided the property, facility and storage unit was very impressive. Very clean, well lit, and security made me feel very comfortable leaving my valuable property there. If for any reason i need another storage unit again i won't think twice or even shop around. I have been a loyal customer for 2+years... today I tried to put in my notice because a month ago I was told to call 10 days before move out. **SCAM** Renter beware. I called today to give my 10 days per the direction I was given a month ago when I originally called to put in my notice of leave. Then was told today I have to pay then entire month not prorated because it's 10 dates before billing cycle. Instead of working with me knowing I called, the lady was not helpful.
