I was impressed that they give you a sticker to put on your storage unit lock, so it's obvious during their daily walk-through if your lock has been tampered with. Be sure to bring your homeowner's declaration of insurance, to avoid having to pay for their insurance. I didn't have mine with me, so had to pay $10 extra the first month until I got my paperwork. Also, look on their website for the "web specials": they were great about honoring the web rate when I signed the contract in person. Overall, I'm impressed!

Instead of helping me, they did worse than the opposite , and put in the system to block me from getting an emergency code for One day! So instead of helping me, they doubled down and made it more difficult for me, more difficult than if I would have never called them in the first place!! They said I could call in the morning and take it up with the locals at my storage.. um they are the nicest people and YOU are the ones not helping me NOW!! Don't give them the burden in the morning!!! So hey my guys are out 15 plus hours making money to pay for this storage and their reward is to not be able to access their cars to go home to their families. I understand and this is not an everyday occurrence. But they could help this one time and they chose not to!

There is no need for her to stand as it is obvious that you should state your need and sit down. Anyway, the units are clean, easy to use, safe area. We had a large unit and a vehicle stored in the RV parking. No problems whatsoever. Marg was amazingly knowledgeable, cordial, professional, and helpful. Every time I've needed assistance, she has gone out of her way to help me and has always treated me with respect and understanding. Even during times when things weren't easy for me, Barbara was always sweet and willing to work with me. She never made me feel uncomfortable or judged, and that really meant a lot to me.
