At the beginning of the call when he "asked for my phone number in case we get disconnected", I politely declined to give him my number and was then told "well I have your caller ID". Throughout the phone call he was clearly trying to upcharge all of their units, was cryptic about availability, and would not accept the size unit I was inquiring about. By the end of the call when I did not wish to share my phone number, last name, nor email address, he hang up on me. Not impressed, and will not receive my business.

Its almost like someone there picks and chooses who gets the units where people can put on their on locks vs. forcing to buy another. Finally, I was just reading Morningstar's policy - that I didn't have to pay to hold a unit, that's definitely not was I was told; you can look into my account/call me and we can discuss further. Shame you have the prettiest, cleanest units, great location but you will lose business if these practices keep up.
