I own a business and this one day, we happened to have to work late to complete the job. I called corporate and explained the situation. Instead of helping me, they did worse than the opposite , and put in the system to block me from getting an emergency code for One day! So instead of helping me, they doubled down and made it more difficult for me, more difficult than if I would have never called them in the first place!! They said I could call in the morning and take it up with the locals at my storage.. um they are the nicest people and YOU are the ones not helping me NOW!! Don't give them the burden in the morning!!! So hey my guys are out 15 plus hours making money to pay for this storage and their reward is to not be able to access their cars to go home to their families. I understand and this is not an everyday occurrence. But they could help this one time and they chose not to!

The assistant manager/Sherry doesn't have good customer service and she doesn't know how to speak…read moreto customers in a good manner and I experienced that tonight around 11:00 pm when I put my gate code in and entered the property went to my unit and found that I had been over locked sometime earlier today 4/4/2026 and I paid my bill in full online on 4/3/2025 my space shouldn't have been overlooked. So I went to the office and rang the door bell no one answered so I rang the bell on the apartment that is attached to the office also no answer then I called and left a message, so then I went to the apartment located at the back of property and I knocked very lightly Assistant manager came to door I ask if she could tell me why I'm overlooked she was very rude when she told me I didn't pay my bill, I then told her that is wrong I paid Friday asked her if she could call the Manager she then told me I would have to take that up with Christina and that she wasn't fucking calling anybody for me, then her dog came running after me like it was going to bite me and I told the dog to get away from my then Sherry told me fuck off mother fucker and to get the fuck away from her door and that she wasn't helping me with shit, so I walked back to my space and got in my car entered my code and left the property sent another text message and an email to the property in Broadway Blvd, Garland Tx.

There's no mysterious fees during the move in and the lock is complimentary. Also access is 24 hours a day with no surprises like codes changing out of nowhere. The cost is a good value because it's rules are pretty basic...just follow them and everything will go smoothly. Not trying to slam the others but it's nothing like "snatch & grab" places like Public Storage or Extra Space Storage with extremely high turnover rates for auctions. More than $2000 worth of property was stolen from our unit and it literally took management a full 7 days to inform us. When we asked why they hadn't told us about this the day it happened the manager literally yelled at us that she had hundreds of phone calls to make and what did we expect her to do? No exaggeration, yelled. No empathy or understanding that we were upset for good reason. We rented a U-Haul van and moved everything that was left out that very day. Most unprofessional experience imaginable. Check out the facility by Home Depot, so much better in every way.

A very nice facility however a multi level facility that requires access via elevator to access…read moreunits on floors 2-4. Elevators have been out of service on multiple occasions making getting to the unit impossible. Also, only two moving carts are made available for use for a facility with easily more than 150 storage units. We feel there should be at least 6 carts available for use as we have arrived during busy times to no carts being available for extended periods. Staff is generally little to no help.
